  This is a great place. Super nice inside, with an excellent location that's walking distance to most things downtown (Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square - although the latter is a bit far). If you can't walk it, there's excellent public transportation a couple blocks up the road. There are a number of interesting restaurants in the direct vicinity. I have used VRBO a few times in the past (Florida, Oregon, Paris), and this apartment is the best balance of price and amenities I've found. Great job.

  Fantastic location!! Just a couple of blocks to Seattle Center, Sculpture Garden and tons of local restaurants. The free Bus 99 takes you very quickly to the downtown hot spots. (The free OneBusAway app was handy on the iPhone!) The amenities are great! We loved the kitchen and with small neighborhood markets on most nearby street corners, it was pretty nifty to grab a few groceries and heat up our coffee, snacks or meals as needed. Although this loft is equipped to sleep 4, I think a party of 2 will find the sleeping arrangements more comfortable. We tossed the kids onto the upstairs bed while the hubs and I slept downstairs. The futon couch unfolds just fine and I would have most likely found it more comfortable to sleep upon if I used the mattress pad, but I didn't want to taxi the pad up and down the upstairs twice daily. That's just me. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light but don't diffuse the street noise. It was pretty easy to ignore the vehicle traffic sounds through most of the night but on occasions we'd be rumbled by a motorcycle or other loud vehicle passing through. We typically keep ear plugs in our travel gear but noticed a small inventory available in one of the bathroom drawers for guests to use if needed. The basement garage is clean and well lit and the parking space can accommodate a small car easily. The free WiFi was a great use and worked very well. Kudos to Dave for great customer service! He was very accessible and answered my questions quickly.

  My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights for or honeymoon. The apartment was so easy to get into and was extremely clean and ready for us! Location was perfect- we didn't rent a car and walked everywhere the entire week we were there. All the best restaurants, sights, shopping, waterfront is within 1.5 miles. This was a great city to walk in and I would recommend this location to anyone. We utilized the full kitchen which was stocked with spices to cook salmon we purchased in Pikes Place Market! This condo was perfect for 2 and we would happily stay here again if we were in Seattle again.

  15 minutes to Pike St, 2-minutes to the water. Food and entertainment everywhere. Public transportation is a block away which makes exploring Seattle extremely easy. Great location and extremely comfortable.

  This loft had all the comforts of home, in addition to its location. Perfect place, walkable everywhere!! My husband, 6year old son, and I stayed here for a weekend. Tastefully modern, cool art work, just an amazing place to stay. I would highly recommend to family and friends if they ever took a trip up. We did have to stock up on our own tissue paper, but that was nothing!

  Over the last few years of travelling to Seattle on business, I have stayed in many different apartments and hotels, so I can honestly say that you would be hard pressed to find a better Seattle location. Loft67 was warm, welcoming and beautifully decorated. The kitchen, laundry & bathroom has everything you need. Macrina Bakery, Cherry Street Coffee, and a grocery store are just a block away if you need anything. There is also a handy dry cleaners one block away. Secure parking in the building is included with your apartment. The Belltown neighbourhood has much to offer in terms of food & entertainment and is just a 10 minute walk to the downtown, shopping, market and ferry areas. The Seattle waterfront is gorgeous and only two blocks from the condo. The apartment is perfect for a vacation or a longer business stay. I love the independence of cooking & doing laundry in my own space, which feels like a home away from home. It's much more comfortable and spacious than a downtown hotel room.

  This is a great condo. It is extremely well equipped and really is a, 'home away from home'. It is in a perfectly central location, everything is within easy walking distance such as the waterfront/sculpture garden, space needle, pike place market, and ferry terminal. The property was very clean and smelled fresh when we opened the door. It looks like an interior designer was brought in to complete the space and the art was lovely. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom was an unexpected bonus. It is obviously well maintained having everything you could want in great condition. The condo is a very unique 2 level loft space with a catwalk that overlooks the street, we would recommend having some ear plugs on hand but wouldn't trade the experience for something more generic. We loved Queen City Grill where we had a high quality special occasion dinner for a reasonable price, and the athenian in Pike Place Market is great value for superb food, (also a scene from Sleepless in Seattle was filmed there). Don't forget to go up Columbia Tower for the views. We rented a car but realized it was mostly unnecessary with such a walkable location. Overall, the condo and entire Seattle experience is highly recommended.
