About the owner: Hi, I am a native Floridian and enjoy the outdoors ever so much. This little cottage offered a great challenge to me and I am always hunting a new project. I live in a city and like being able to escape and enjoy peace and quiet.

The lake and property just fascinated me as I grew up on a lake in Central Florida.
