This newly painted and furnished 3 BR / 2 BA condo in the gated community of Heritage Harbour, has a heated pool across the street and is off the 6th hole of the Stoneybrook golf course - don't worry - we are too far for the golf balls to hit our condo.
The condo is on the first floor and is an end-unit. The condo location provides for a quiet and peaceful setting. You can sit on the lanai and see the sun rise in the morning or enjoy seeing the birds in the water.
This condo is located within the prestigious gated community of Heritage Harbour, with 2500 acres of biking, walking and jogging trails as well as recreational facilities.
With easy access to the I-75, the condo is only 5 minutes from the factory outlet stores as well as shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 15 minutes away. Tampa airport is 45 minutes away. Orlando is approximately 1 1/2 hours north. The Anna Maria beach is a short 20 minute drive and the renowned Siesta Key beach is only 30 minutes drive.
Sarasota and Tampa are ideal locations for both beach, boating and recreational activities. There are night spots along the beaches - of which there are many to chose from.
Popular restaurents near the condo include: Carramba's Italian Grill, Bone Fish Grill, Olive Garden and several great mexican restaurants.
The condo offers security with roving patrols and restricted access for visitors.
Located in Heritage Harbour are 2 golf courses - Sunnybrook (public) and River Strand (semi-private). Rates are very reasonable. Located nearby are several other courses.
Heritage Harbour is located next to a wildlife preserve, near the Manatee river.

The owner of this condo Kathleen was fantastic any time we asked her a question or a request she responded very quickly, from the first day we contacted her to the last day of rental she was there for us. The condo is as advertised the beds were all excellent & everything inside worked great including the two bicycles. Fantastic area for shopping,golf,sightseeing & wildlife. During our 5 week stay the pond was a magnet for shore birds & turtles a pair of Sand Hill Cranes were raising 2 young ones & what a treat to see them every day . One day after a heavy rain we counted 10 species of shore birds. This was a great vacation & would recommend it to anyone. Noreen & Dwight. Ontario Canada.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful month in this lovely condo. We were 4 adults and have lived there very comfortably. The condo was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and well maintained. The area was also lovely. We would certainly reccommend this condo to friends especially for golf.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Beautiful location, close to beach,gated, quiet. Near golf. Friendly neighbors. This condo is close to everything, but is in the country. We saw horses while playing golf - as well as wild hogs on the course.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Peace and quiet. Love waking up and hearing the birds on the water. We have played golf several times and found that the greens are faster than we're used to!
