  This is a great place! We had a lot of fun and it felt like home. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It was really nice to have the 2 full bathrooms. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and you can't beat the location...Just across the street from Kamaole Beach III. It was so nice to have the boogie boards to borrow...those proved to be a lot of fun, especially at Fleming Beach. From The Kamaole Sands it is a short drive to Safeway and within walking distance of good shopping and nice restaurants. Make sure you try out "Da Kitchen". Having the Expedia Local Experts on hand at the condo was a fantastic resource and Mai Tai Wednesday was an added bonus! We recommend boogie boarding, snorkeling/kayaking with Kelii's, horseback riding at Mendes Ranch, a day trip to Lahaina, catching the sunset at Kamaole III, and just relaxing on the beach with your favourite book! Roy and Jean were super helpful and responded promptly to all of our e-mail questions. We would certainly recommend this unit and would love to come back with more of our family.   Wonderful accommodations, clean and updated . The pull out sofa bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the lanai which had a partial view of the ocean, and was a very large area for entertaining and having our meals. The complex was quiet and clean, loved having the bbq access right next to our condo. A quick walk to Kamaole beach through a lush green park was an extra bonus. The two bathrooms were roomy and updated. The condo is a walkable distance to many restaurants in kihei, especially enjoyed Freds and be sure to take advantage of taco tuesday. The complex had some great scheduled activities at the pool, so be sure to look into these, one eve was hula dancing and mai tais.

  We stayed nearly the entire month of October. The place was as beautiful as it is in the summer! Our accomodations were comfortable, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated...and you should see the tile work on the lanai! The entire place is a work of art! The owners graciously allowed us to use their snorkeling gear, beach towels, sun umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - which was a relief because we didn't want to pack those items for the trip - or buy them when we got here! Had a great time and look forward to coming back again soon!

  This place is awesome! We had the time of our lives! The condo is literally across the street from the beach, which turned out to be our favorite. Fins & gear, as well as beach chairs & boogie board are all availailable to use, which we did! The view from the lanai is so lovely, and the neighbors are wonderful....and quiet at night! We used the grill area a couple times, which is close, convenient, and a good way to meet your neighbors! This condo has everything you need. The air condtioner kept us so comfortable...made for a great nights sleep! On top of all else...a washer & dryer...so convienient! We will definately return!

  I loved the condo. It was very comfortable. We felt right at home in a clean, bright, and well equipped apartment. It was a perfect home base got us as we enjoyed the island. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

  We thoroughly enjoyed the condo during our time in Maui! Having a "home" to come back to after our daily adventures made all the difference in the world! Very comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen and the large lanai. Coffee in the morning on the lanai watching for the whales was a great way to start the day! The beach access was very convenient! We look forward to our next stay!

  I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to thank you for the great stay. The condo was lovely. Well appointed, with a great comfortable bed and nicely decorated. The little details go a long way in making the overall condo experience a good one and you can see that you have taken care to make it all very nice for your guests. The sunset views were great and your place had a real comfortable home away from home feeling. The complex was beautifully maintained, the pool was awesome and the location close to the pool, the barbecue and the beach were ideal.
