  What wonderful vacation home.Beautiful mountain view . Great heated pool. We used it a lot.Well layed out home. Great barbeque, well equiped kitchen,and in a great area.We were close to ball parks,arena,golf courses,and of course for the girls-shopping. We enjoyed it very much

  House was lovely, very clean and nicely furnished. Great house if you bring the kids, main bedroom is seperated from the other 3 bedrooms for privacy. Back yard is small but private. Goodyear is a little out of the way but very nice place to relax, 2 huge lakes within waking distance for hiking and biking. Lots of trails around too. Had a problem with the pool heater and was resolved the next day. The maintenance man was also kind enough to give our brand new rental car a jump!!! Mariyn and Donald were very easy to deal with and we had a great time! Thx

  We spent the month of March in this wonderful home. This home had everything to make our stay comfortable, including a well equipped kitchen, large, comfortably furnished living spaces and a wonderful outdoor area with pool and privacy. This home was close to everything we needed: golf courses, grocery store, hiking trails, the Goodyear spring training camp for the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians, etc. The owners contacted us via e-mail during our stay to welcome us and answer any questions we might have. The owners have also provided a binder with detailed operating instructions for the appliances, tv's, etc. We would highly recommend this home to anyone planning a stay in the Phoenix area. It is well maintained, well equipped and most of all the owners are caring and accommodating and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We just returned from a fabulous vacation at this home in early April. This immaculately clean home has everything you could possibly need from 3 large TV's, awesome pool table, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful large heated pool. This property is situated in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood. Great golfing and hiking trails in close proximity. We enjoyed immensely the relaxing and peaceful desert views from backyard. Owners are very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this vacation property.
