This 3 bedroom, 1 den, 3 bath property is within walking distance of Bethany Bay's many amenities, including pool, golf course, playground, tennis courts, community boat ramp, and fitness center. Professionally decorated and spacious, this property is ideal for your next getaway with family or friends, whether during the summer, or for an off-season retreat. The community boat ramp is a great place to bring your boat as it is located right on the Indian River Inlet which allows access to both the bay and ocean for all of your favorite boating activities. The first floor of the condo consists of two bedrooms (one king with private bath & one queen with hall bath), a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, living area with TV/DVD, laundry closet, screened porch, and front deck. Up the spiral staircase on the second level, you will find another bedroom (queen)and sleep sofa (queen) and a trundle (single) with TV/VCR, plus one more bath. There are 3 cable TVs -- 2 with DVDs and 1 with VCR.
