  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One never knows from pictures 'on line' exactly what condition a condo could be in - we were excited to see in person exactly what we viewed 'on line'. The grounds and general upkeep of the resort is ongoing and very attractive. Very close to all amenities i.e. grocery stores, restaurants, mall etc. We're very happy to say we're going back again for four months in 2014 and grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo for another Winter. Owner and Management were very attentive to any requests or issues that needed addressing. Looking forward to another great four months at Edgewater.

  Anyone wanting the perfect retreat in PCB? Look no further! Quiet, yet just a hop to the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants and so much more. The view of the golf course was exactly what I desired with my morning coffee. In addition, it is kept so very clean and most of the furnishings are brand new. Try the She Crab Soup at Firefly Restaurant across the street if you are in the mood for the best soup in the world-literally!!!!

  This is the perfect vacation condo for up to 7 guests. Nestled in the back of Edgewater Resort overlooking the golf course, this condo offers a beautiful view buffered from the street and beach noise while providing full access to beachside amenities. The trams run regularly to provide transportation to the tennis courts, pools, and beach. There are also smaller pools conveniently located near the condo. The king and queen-sized beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are flat screen televisions with cable in both bedrooms and the living room. The only amenity missing is Internet. The condo provided us with a clean, comfortable place to stay at a very reasonble price. We hope to return soon!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  As i mentioned, once we arrived, we found this condo is much better than what we thought, better than the pictures shown in the website. The condo has big and clean room. We are 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Two bedroom are roomy, kids can play in living room. I just don't like the sheet in the master bedroom. it's clean but not feel comfortable, hope the owner can upgrade the bedding and mattress. The kitchen is not that big, but good enough for us to cook and make our own meals. There do have a lot of cooking stufff, pans and pots, cups and knifes, and a very neat rack full of all kinds of seasonings. We are very happy with these supplies because we did cook a lot. There are also two beach chairs and mats in the room, which are very nice. The surrounding is also good too, quiet, ease, and not crowded at all. Our car just parked in front of the condo, making pack and travel out quite easy. though this condo is not close to beach, the edgewater has the car service that ride you to the beach. And a samll and private pool is just serveral steps away. Even you walk to the beach, it's not long distance.the only thing I don't like is fountain outside. it still kept water running at night. However, i used to this sound at the second day. We like panama city beach very much. This is our second time and we brough our friends too. No one want to leave after a whole week.For those who really want to enjoy the beach life with younger kids, it's realy not necessary to rent a condo just beside the beach, just go to the state park. Most time we were staying in the St andrew park. This park is the best. It has several kinds area, small wave and shallow water for kids can play very safely, big wave for people surfing. And water is so clean that you can swim with all kinds of fish. Big boys like to snorkel and looking for sea animals and show them to kids. It's really a wonderful family time. We all enjoyed and will come back next year for sure.

  My family and I had a great time that was made even better by this condo. It was very clean and within walking distance of the beach. We also enjoyed the swimming pools at the resort. I would recommend this rental to anyone of any age. We hope to be back next year. I am not one to hand out 5 stars but this is without a doubt a 5 star condo rental. Doug Tyler, TX

  We had a great time and we all love Edgewater Resort. The villa that we stayed at was really nice. I have visited Panama City many of times and this time we all felt like we were at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. The Sims family 8)

  I went with my high school senior daughter and it was a perfect fit for us. The condo area is quiet and family friendly and the lagoon pool and beach is fun for the younger crowd but still feels safe. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. It was surprisingly roomy with the bedrooms separated enough to feel very private. I wanted to avoid the crowds so I cooked most meals in the condo and was very pleased with the kitchen furnishings. There is a Publix close by as well as restaurants so you have a choice. Everything is an easy walk but if you want to take the tram, the tram drivers are so pleasant and the service runs frequently. The hotel staff enforced the rules that make things pleasant but weren't overbearing - the pools weren't overcrowded and only hotel guests were allowed in - and they were super nice. All in all a very nice experience - I hope to return soon. It was a really good value for a nice condo with room to spread out and a setup that gave us a stress-free vacation.

  I rented this condo over the Thanksgiving Holiday; I had one of the most enjoyable and relaxing mini vacations ever in this area. I come down here a couple of times a year to visit family and of course enjoy the beach. The owners were great; caring and easily available by email, phone. The Condo was exactly as they described in their review and pictures. Other than buying food, every convenience was supplied in the Condo in abundance. The beach across the street is easily accessible as is shopping; plenty of wonderful restaurants (however, I chose to cook at the condo alot because it was like being at home). There are plenty of fun activities within a 3 to 4 mile radius, I actually walked to many of them. I whole heartly recommend renting this condo if you are thinking about going to Panama City Beach for a vacation; I know I will be coming back and renting this condo again.

  Really glad we picked this unit. Great golf view and very clean with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach took about 2 minutes and the heated pool next to the condo was handy. One of my favorite things was sitting out on the patio to watch the golfers while I drank my morning coffee. Will rent again next year.
