Our oceanfront villa is perched right on the crystal sand with incredible 180 degree gulf views for guests seeking the pinnacle of luxury and location. The 2 master bedrooms are a highlight at our dreamy villa, complete with amazing beds. We pay extra attention to making your sleeping experience a good one by having top-of-the-line linens, feather beds and feather pillows. The result is a bed that is a perfect landing spot after a day of activity.
The exterior of the home features a deck and relaxing outdoor seating areas so that you can hear the crashing waves and gaze at the famous emerald waters of what have been called the most beautiful beaches in the world! Entertaining is 2nd nature in this open home!
Park your car safely off-street and step into the first floor featuring open spaces and brand new furnishings from Mitchell Gold & Bob Williams! As you enter this grand home you are immediately impressed with the wonderful open feeling and views. A glamorous, open family room complete with sitting area, doors to the back deck, kitchen and dining awaits.
The large, gourmet kitchen has ample counter space and top-of-the-line appliances. No walls separating the kitchen from the living area allows for views of the emerald ocean from the entire kitchen area. Ideal for entertaining with adults and kids alike. A gorgeous dining area for 8. For a more eco-chic vibe to your dining experience, our back deck also has dining and seating area right on the shore!
The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms. One of the 1st floor bedrooms serves as one of the masters. With a large bathroom and French doors to the ocean and the deck, as well as a flat screen TV! A 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds is also on the first floor. Finally, the 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds to sleep for is also on the first floor.
As you arrive on the second floor, you are greeted with 2 more bedrooms, including the luxurious gulf front master suite. Featuring a King Bed with Westin Heavenly Bedding and a brand new 3D, flat screen TV! The master suite is an overwhelmingly romantic retreat with an extensive 5 piece master bathroom with jetted tub and his/hers sinks.
The fifth bedrooms includes a double (to sleep 2) as well as 2 twins and it is on the 2nd floor. All-in-all, our spacious getaway sleeps 16!
Laguna Beach is a beautiful stretch of designated, pristine beach. This home is situated on one of the only, true oceanfront lots on the beach side of the road! Truly gulf front and as close to the shore as you can get! Walk to grocery, restaurants, anything! It is all right here. Come escape!

We loved our stay in Panama City Beach, the house was awesome. There was 12 in our group and we had plenty of room. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed the back deck the entire time was there. Loved the short walk from the house to the beach, couldn't have been any closer. We will be back each time we want to visit the beach. Thank you againRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We recently stayed in this home with three other families. The home did not disappoint. Everything from the kitchen space, living space, bedrooms, baths, parking and outdoor space was ideal for a large group. The location was perfect. Right off the deck to the beach and the water - couldn't have asked for anything better. Also enjoyed some local shopping and restaurants.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
