  I am a fitness instructor who takes groups on vacation to focus on all the aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Last week I brought a group to this house and had a perfect experience! I can offer all the training and coaching possible, but without the perfect environment, it would not be the VACATION experience I want for my clients! This house is perfectly suited for my purpose! This was the first of many trips to host at this amazing home!

  This property was everything it said and more. We have rented several properties in Florida through the years this was by far the best, the proximity to the Ocean, the private pool, and the beautiful furnishings made for a one of a kind relaxing week, Thank you for sharing this home with our family.

  This house is absolutely gorgeous! We have been vacationing in florida for several years now and decided to try East side of state this year. So glad we did, The house was big enough for all 13 of us and room to spare. Being right on ocean with a pool kept everyone happy and watching fireworks from rooftop was awesome! The only drawback we had was getting down to beach was a little tricky, climbing down rocks that weren't all stable with children and supplies was a little tough. We will definitely be back!

  This house/property was the ideal focal point for our week in Florida. Our group included children ranging in age from 12 to 20. The house was immaculate and extremely well kept - amenities were first class - and even with all the activities we did in St. Augustine and surrounding area - we were always anxious to get back to the house. We spent hours every day on the beach and in the ocean by the house - watching the sky and ocean from the porches and rooftop balcony - grilling by and enjoying the pool - never a worry about what we would be doing next. This house has everything you could possibly need (other than clothes) - boogie boards, surf boards, games, electronics, washer & dryer, sunrises & sunsets, ships and fishing boats to watch (you can sit up in bed in the master bedroom and see them on the water at night) - fully equipped kitchen - and more. We lived a week in luxury and everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed the vacation - it was better than we ever imagined. Once word of this property gets out - I'm sure there will be a waiting list.

  if you have to be stuck somewhere during a tropical storm (as we were), this is the place! we had 4 teenage boys with us but plenty of room for everyone. great lower level equipped with xbox, big screen and ping-pong, so that was the teen hangout. the master BR was gorgeous and the kitchen was well-equipped. would be a great house for family reunions. great views, private pool and lovely rooftop terrace. it would have been nice to have access to the jacuzzi attached to the pool. also be aware that you can't walk directly out to the beach, but it's not too much of a hassle-1/2 block to a small beach or 2 blocks to a long beach. not many homes have pools so it's a big plus! a truly lovely home with nice finishes.

  The home itself was perfect! The only thing that was a little annoying was having to walk across the street and down the rocks to the beach. Overall, it was great.

  Great Location! Great Waves! Great Walking Beach! Great Beds! Great Kitchen! Great Pool! Great Ping Pong Tournaments in the basement! Great Balcony for reading and taking it all in! I can't say enough wonderful things about this house! Our dealings with the realtor and the owner were wonderful and this was a hassle-free, perfect getaway! We HIGHLY recommend staying here! Thank you for all you did to make this such a family gathering to remember!

  Just competed our week long stay and the house was definitely a highlight. Very, Very spacious, well appointed with everything needed to cook and BBQ. The rooftop patio is fantastic - sunsets and stargazing were a daily ritual for us as the view from the property roof is panoramic and breathtaking. We had a small plumbing issue when we arrived and it was fixed the next morning - the agency was very attentive and responded so quickly it amazed everyone in our party. Everything else worked like a charm. There is a bar/restaurant just down the road serving fresh seafood with lots of local traffic and live music - sitting on the patio eating steamed mussels/clams and fresh oysters and watching the currents of the intercoastal waterway was a great way to spend an evening within walking distance of the house. Highly recommended.

  This is a spectacular property! What you see in the property views is what you get; a clean, beautifully decorated, large executive retreat. We have vacationed in the St. Augustine Beach area since 2003, renting both condos and homes. This is the by far the best yet! One of the few places I've seen that has views from the rooftop deck of both beautiful sunrises AND gorgeous sunsets. The place is perfect for a large family or group as there are multiple gathering spaces, the large pool area, the main floor TV area, the lower level entertainment space with ping pong table and HD big screen TV with X-box, as well as quiet, private spaces like the balconies or multiple bedrooms, all with HD TVs. Our kids spent most of their indoor time in the lower level entertainment space. Mealtime is great because everyone can be together around the massive kitchen island while the meal is being prepared. The owners have thought about nearly everything, from a pool area gas grill to a waffle maker to surf boards. You can either get to the beach almost directly in front of the house (at low tide), or during any tide just a short, beautiful walk along the ocean to the south. Walk along the beach for miles! The house is about midway between St. Augustine, with everything imaginable to do, and Flagler Beach, with many small, quaint restaurants overlooking the ocean. I definitely recommend this place. (By the way, bring your golf clubs!)

  The pictures do not do this place justice! It is gorgeous! The home is located as close to the beach as it gets and the views are incredible from all floors. The home is beautifully furnished. It is also very well stocked with everything you need. Upscale kitchenware, linens, towels are plentiful. Nothing we needed was not there. Everything was exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. The home is incredibly spacious with alot of outdoor seating areas with beach views as well as a floor dedicated to entertainment. The rooftop deck is pretty amazing too. The location is great with places nearby to eat and pickup supplies. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others! Thanks!
