This cosy and charming one-bedroom appartment (30m2) is located in an industrial small building of 2 floors.
Very peacefull because located on a pedestrian area, it is in the mean time heart of the haut-Marais (1mn).: rue de Bretagne, Rue Charlot.
5 mn walking distannce to the Picasso Museum and 10mn to Beaubourg et les Halles.
Centrally located and close to all amenities, including public transport (SUBWAY : Rambuteau, Republique, Arts et Metiers, Sebsatien Froissard) banks, cafes, restaurants, churches, bakeries - and much more!
You get to the appartment after walking a pavé lovely private street from the 18th century.
Thanks to very large industrial style window all along the place, it is very bright and gives a nice decorative touch.
You enter the living room furnished with a confortable sofa-bed (real matress), a dining table and a desk. There are also decorative shelves and a nice armchair.
The kitchen is an open kitchen fully equiped (microwave, oven, electical stove, dishwasher and washing machine, fridg with a freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine...) You can cook anything you want if you feel like it....or not as there are many cafes, take away and restaurants nearby!!
Then you arrive into the bedroom through an industrial style window-door,... to keep all the perspective.
The bedroom has a confortable double bed, a wardrobe, an armchair. A TV and a VCR.
All the appartment is WIFI.
The bathroom is brand new with a nice shower and a towel dryer.
The WC are seperate.
The appartment is tastefully decorated, Completely renovated and equiped.
The area is very safe.

My husband and I were looking for a reasonable apartment with a separate bedroom, no pullout couch, wireless internet, and on the ground or first floor. This apartment worked perfectly for us. It was very safe and quiet. The apartment is fairly small but all we needed for two people. All the furnishings, appliances, bathroom, etc. were new and in perfect condition. Metro stops were about 15 minutes walking distance. We used the 'Republique' station, mostly. We got to know the Metro system quite well in the week we were there exploring. We enjoyed the apartment. Thanks, Veronique.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

This apartment was in a great location as it is close to the Metro and shops. It was spotless as well! It had everything my 2 kids and I needed. It is on the small side but perfect for our needs. I would and have recommended this apartment!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
