  This property was just perfect for our vacation time in Maricopa. Clean, comfortable and with everything we needed to have a lovely stay. Lots of little extras around the house e.g. DVD's to watch, music to listen to, magazines and brochures to read and wi-fi, which meant we could keep in contact whilst we were away. The community pool was fun for the children to play in and there were play areas dotted around the community for extra 'letting off steam' time. Just a few minutes drive away are all the amenities you may need (supermarkets, places to eat, banks etc.) and driving into and around Pheonix and its surrounds was effortless. Communication with the owner was good and straightforward. We would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in the Maricopa area.

  VERY good property in a GREAT location! LOTS to do within the local area, community pool was clean, safe and fun, sports courts and fields, all with two blocks walk! All other larger town conveniences less than five minutes. Central lower Arizona location... close to Phoenix and Tucson. (Tons of attractions) The property itself was quite nice also. Nearly new home is large and comfortable. Just far enough inside the community to be quite and made us feel at home. This property is well worth the stay! We will be talking to our gracious (and informative) host in the future! The only noticeable issues were very minor ... an occasionally lingering composting smell (not just locally but for miles) and maybe more cookware choices. (larger skillets, etc.) VERY MINOR! GREAT TRIP... HOPE TO RETURN!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY!

  I was forced to find a second option for our stay after my first reservation cancelled three weeks after I made our reservation. I foud this listing and am happy i did. This location was a little out of the way but resonably priced, clean, roomy, and its in a great neighborhood. There is a community pool close by which is large, has chairs, tables and reclining chairs to get sun and a kiddy location with a fountain and sprayers from the bottom to keep them entertained. A few parks are placed throughout with lots to do. This home is a true home away from home. The aduts were very happy and the kids didn't want to leave.

  Probably 90% great. Great location... great amenities in town of Maricopa... great home. Very clean - lots of bedding, towels and kitchen linen. Nice supply of start up amenities (ie coffee, tea, etc. laundry soap and cleaning supplies) which were greatly appreciated. Lots of tourist info in the house. Really great that wi-fi is included. Could have used some lounge chairs in the back yard and some sharp knives in the kitchen. Also would have preferred a blender to a an espresso machine but that is just a personal preference. All in all, it was a great place to stay and our host was very easy to talk to and even allowed us in a day early(which was great for us since we had travelled for 4 and half days to get there). We would highly recommend this home.
