  What a fabulous family vacation we had. Your condo was just perfect for our family of 4 - our boys (Cameron 4 yrs old & Kai, 2 yrs old) felt right at home from the moment twe walked in. The pool was wonderful for them! So comfortable & beautiful here, we enjoyed ourselves very very much. We loved sitting on the lanai & watching the turtles, sunsets, waves, fish, boats... etc. We had a lovely time. Mahaol!

  Can we stay? Whata beautiful home you have - breathtaking views, great amenities and pure pleasure to feel "at home". We were here for the Ironman. We woke up to the beautiful views, days people and the sense of eblonging. The decor and paintings are a lovely touch. This was our first time to Kona and felt at home from day one. We would not hesitate to recommend A-17. Thank you for sharing your home. Mahalo!

  Thanks for giving us the opportunity to enjoy A-17, so close to town! We walked some, drove some, swam some, drank lots! LuLu's and the Kona Brewery were very enjoyable as well as a breakfast at the Royal Kona's very reasonably-priced breakfast int he morning. We didn't cook in! Well equipped local and the immaculate grounds. Loved seeing the turtles, spinner dolphins as were the daily surfer/boogie board show. Mahalo!

  Wonderful comdo - Great location. We will be back! Walking to town was good - especially with THREE teenagers. Woke up early every day. Went diving with the mantas (Manta Rays) - "Was the best part of the trip", said our 17 yr. old girl. "I wish I could stay all winter!" Lovely art and enjoyed the extras in the condo. We left a folding shair - hope you or another guest can enjoy on a beach trip. Sincerely,

  Whata perfect location! We've seen whales, spinner dolphins and a turtle - and, of course surfers. We've enjoyed walking to the local cafe's & restaurants (great fish tacos at U-Top-It. It's ot all pancrepes! and very fresh Thai food at Thai Rim). We've enjoyed our stay and your condo very much - thank you!

  This is a great condo! It's amazing how much the little things like super glue and scotch tape make a difference! Having all of the conveniences of home but with an incredible of home but with an incredible view! Thanks so much for sharing this place!

  Thank you so much for your hospitality! This was a very beautiful and enjoyable place to stay. Our family spent many peaceful afternoons looking out the breathtaking view of the ocean. We had a wonderful Hawaiian vacation and staying here made it even better. mahalo!

  We enjoyed our stay here so much. Your complex is beautiful. It made us feel like king and queen. Loved the scenery. This is our fourth time on the island and this is rated high on our list! Hope we can return someday and stay here. It is also great being near the pool and barbecue. We felt at home and relaxed. Thank you for letting us stay in yoru lovely home. Mahalo!

  Six years ago Hawaii and Kona. This time - A-17 at Kona reef. Now I have it all and you can be sure I will be contacting you again. mahalo. P.S. - I do wish that a sign could be posted asking guests to please respect the turtles and keep their distance when taking pictures - their "naps" in the sun are often disturbed.
