Located in the 'village', we are an easy walk to the main attractions of Laguna Beach. Our house was built in 2006 and is very much a family home. We have beautiful ocean views from upstairs and there's nothing nicer than a cocktail in the swing seat on the balcony, watching the sun set!
The house has a very open, airy feel and the living area has double height ceilings. There is a walkway upstairs which links the master bedroom to the rest of the house. In addition to the master bedroom, there is also a single bedroom with a trundle bed and a full bathroom with a steam room upstairs.
Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and another single bedroom with a trundle bed. There is a small bathroom with a shower next to the single bedroom.
The back garden is sun-drenched and very private. The front garden has a fire pit and an outside dining area, perfect for al fresco lunches and summer dinners.
This house is very easy to live in. It's cool in the summer, warm in the winter. Concrete floors downstairs are low maintenance and the wood floor upstairs makes the house feel very warm. It's a perfect summer house, close to beaches and the trolley is minutes away so there's no need for a car!

About the owner: My husband is Australian and I am English. We often travel in the summer to visit family overseas which is why we have decided to share our home.
Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach:
When we moved to the US from Australia it was an easy decision to come and live in Laguna Beach. We have family and friends here and it is also such a friendly, pretty town. We love the climate, the lifestyle and the relaxed atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our neighbourhood is very peaceful, children can play on the streets. We are close to the beach and also very near to Bluebird Park which is wonderful for children and also has 'Music in the Park' on Sundays through the summer, a great excuse to pack a picnic, listen to music and enjoy the summer evening. It's easy to wander into town for shopping or dinner.
