Just a note to express our complete satisfaction with this property. There were six people in our rental group plus 2 who lived in the area, all family members. we had many excursions all of which were great - horseback riding, hiking,shopping, etc. but the greatest part of the experience was this house. It's a beautiful home and very comfortable. We would have a day our and then all gather back at the house and talk about the day and do whatever took our fancy at the time. We each took a turn producing an evening meal and everyone would be milling around, contributing or just watching. Being in a motel would not have served at all. The perfect way to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Thank you for this experience

Beautiful home in Rancho

My parents and I rented this house for two weeks at Christmas while visiting family. We were so impressed with how beautifully it was decorated. It had everything we needed (and more). It felt just like home!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We rented this beautiful 2-storey home for one week in August 2012 for a small family re-union (family ranging in ages from 7 to 80 years-old). This 4-bedroom home is new, beautifully decorated and well-equipped (the online pictures are nice but don't do it justice). Everyone had something they liked to do at the house and could get privacy when needed. Because AZ is hot in August, we packed up snacks and lunches and went sightseeing in the morning (Tucson's Reid Park Zoo, University of Arizona, Desert Museum, Gates Pass, Tombstone, Tubac are all an easy drive). Then came home to swim at the house in the afternoon. Had much fun laughing and fixing dinners together in the evenings. Cooks could watch sports and talk with the rest of the family because the family room and kitchen are connected as a comfortable great room. Everything we needed was provided from ample kitchen equipment, large propane grill on the patio, to toys for tykes and floating pool lounges. We had one or two questions when we first arrived and received quick, cheerful responses when we called. The system for paying our fee was simple and easy. Cannot give enough praise for this house. We've rented VRBO properties for years. This one is the best yet. Highly recommend it.

Great vacation

Our family stayed for a week. The owner was very nice to work with and prompt in her repies to us. It was definitely accurately described...and when we went in at first sight it was even better than the pictures showed! We immediately felt comforable and at home. It is a very well-maintained, clean and well-kept. We recommend this vacation property to anyone...the main-level would be good for someone who has problems with stairs (has a bathroom on the lower level), privacy for additional people to stay in the other three bedrooms upstairs...along with two other bathrooms, one has a wonderful spa tub and large shower. The backyard has a wonderfu patio with a place to have a fire for marshmellow roasts. The swimming pool is well-maintained and such a bonus! The town is beautiful! Near-by is a pond for fishing and a great place to walk. I will look forward to going back again and again!

5 Weeks of Heaven in this Magnificent Home

This home is beyond description. Pictures do not do it justice as it is much more spacious and beautiful. Everything you want or need in a "home away from home" like night lights galore, hair blowers and toilettries in all 3 bathrooms, 3 TV's, first aid kit, Reference binder to answer all your concerns, and not to mention the fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, and every appliance imaginable. My husband and I were accompanied by our friends from BC for only 2 weeks of our 5 week rental, and they had the lower level, while we opted for upper level with the magnificent Master suite with TV, walk in closet, and ensuite boasting dual sinks on large countertop, soaker tub and shower. We enjoyed total privacy inside and out on patio with 3 seating areas, one of which had outdoor firepit.. The barbeque, inground pool and fountains were bonuses. We entertained both inside (chef's dream kitchen) and poolside and all our friends who visited us, remarked about the beauty and spaciousness of this home we had acquired for our vacation. Did I mention Location! Location! Location! Fry's Marketplace for all grocery, wine and pharmaceutical needs only a couple of minutes drive, and 15 minutes north or south of us was Shoppers' Paradise..Ross, Marshalls, Bealls, Bed and Bath Beyond, etc. etc. And...5 minute drive from the house was total entertainment awaiting us at Desert Diamond Casino and feasts at Agave Restaurant where we savoured the February special of Salmon and Prime Rib. Daily walks on the walking paths to water park and beyond, 2 Bicycles in garage awaiting us to tour the area, and weather was perfect! What more could one wish for? Should we venture to Arizona in the future, you can be assured we will be calling you to book your fabulous home again in Sahuarta. Without a doubt, this was one of our most memorable vacations we have had. Thank you again and we are sure you will only receive positive feedback from your future tenants.

My husband and I had a great 12 day stay in this lovely home in mid-January. This is a very comfortable and well stocked home. So much to do in the area; nearby golf courses, Kitt Peak, Desert Museum, the Biosphere, and the local copper mind tour are just a few of your choices. Too bad we couldn't swim in the pool, but the weather was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful house, well equiped, and with a private pool !!!, Kitchen is well equiped, beds are very comfortable, well maintained and very clean! The area is like a resort with gardens- perfect for morning walks ! Looking forward to going back again !!!

Great home for short or extended stay, very luxurious but comfortable. Beautiful southwest decor and furnishings. Loved the gas fireplace. Child loved the pond in the backyard and many DVDs. WiFi, printer, and scanner made sharing family photos a snap. The downstairs bedroom and bath were perfect for my 82 year old father-in-law. Note that the platform beds in 1 room (means no box springs) were very hard. Rest of beds were very comfortable. Pool too chilly to swim in November. Community pool awesome, but must be a long term renter. Luckily we were able to go as guests of a member, $10 adult, $5 child. This home had lots to offer.

We have stayed two times at this property and have been completely satisfied with both visits. The vacation home is well maintained and fully equipped with amenities. The location was ideal--close to family, supermarket and attractions. We would recommend this property to our friends.

Three Month Stay In Arizona

My family of four stayed at this house while I was in the area for military training. The house was absolutely wonderful, clean, comfortable, and open. The kids loved the pool and patio area was very relaxing at night to sit around a fire and watch the stars. There are several parks close by to let kids run around and spend some energy. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while we were away from our home for three months.

My family and I had a great time staying here. There were 8 of us in total and the house never felt too small. The photos included do not do the house or property justice. It was very well maintained and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy Tucson and it's surrounding areas. There were many sites to see and the location is close to shops and grocery stores, and not a far drive from the central part of Tucson. Thanks for a great experience, we'll be back!
