This tastefully appointed one bedroom, one bath condominium is right on the ocean with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. It comfortably sleeps four. Relax and watch gorgeous sunsets on the Pacific Ocean right out your front door or spend leisure time on your spacious private veranda overlooking the Sea of Cortez, where the sun & moon rise and the whales play.

White sand beaches await you out your front door, or relax by one of the two swimming pools with swim up Palapa bars and Jacuzzi. For fine dining, don't miss Sunset Mona Lisa restaurant overlooking the cliffs with a magnificent view of the Arch, or maybe you prefer dining poolside, or prepare your own meals in the fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen.

Misiones Beach Resort is only 10 minutes from town where lots of shopping is available. The new Costco & Walmart Mall is less than a mile from the resort, and with the addition of Sariana's, CCC's and City Club Mega Supermarkets in town, you'll be able to purchase almost any grocery item you can imagine.

There are two beaches at Misiones. One beach offers a lovely cove where you can swim, snorkel, or go kayaking. At sunset, especially during low tide, have fun exploring all the tidepools & sea life. The other is a long, private beach perfect for swimming, surfing or building sand castles.

Sunset Mona Lisa is a gorgeous open air restaurant located within the resort. Relax by one of the four cascading swimming pools that kiss the ocean while enjoying spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy watching the surfers from one of the many open air decks. Weddings and other parties are a frequency here at one of the most beautiful spots in the world.

Your spacious one bedroom Condo is over 900 square feet and comfortably sleeps four with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is completely furnished including a TV, phone, appliances, cook ware, etc. All you need is your bathing suit, beach towel, casual clothes, and sports equipment. Lighted tennis courts are at the resort along with free parking near the unit, plus seven championship golf courses are nearby.

WiFi is available at Misiones, so bring your laptop. Most of the time you can access it from the veranda deck, or poolside. If not, the reception desk will provide access for a small fee.

Misiones del Cabo is close enough to Cabo to enjoy the many restaurants and exciting nightlife, but far enough away to spend a relaxing vacation with your family or someone special.

  • My boyfriend and I stayed in June's condo over 4th of July/my birthday weekend. We had a great time. The view is amazing, I think we ate almost all breakfasts outside on the balcony. The grounds were great and we spent many days lounging by the pool. There is a great more private one around the corner of the building, which had great views of the water. The condo was spacious with a great layout, I should have invited some friends to join us! We loved the free movies, and truely relaxed. The shower was HUGE, I didn't know what all to do inside. Per June's suggestions we brought snorkel gear down with us and snorkled the beach. There were also a few cute little food places nearby, we had a Great meal at the resturant at the roadside entrance of the complex. We decided not to rent a car which was fine, the bus was frequent, and only cost about 14 pesos, I think. If my travels ever bring me back to Cabo, I would definitely stay at June's place again, and have already recommended it to other friends and family.

  • Let me say first off what a terrific place you have June. We enjoyed our stay in your condo immensely. The views were outstanding and we had ALL our meals on the balcony. We surprised ourselves by being up and about every morning at around 7 a.m. just after sunrise. That made breakfast on the balcony even more delicious. The first two evenings we were there two of the hotels had a 10 minute fireworks display that was front and center viewing for us, and there was also a full moon rising over the Sea. Absolutely spectacular! I have to also thank you Bob for your advice on the car rental. It worked out extremely well except for a problem when we arrived. You talked about a 'Mexican minute', no kidding!! We arrived at 2:30 p.m. and it took 1 1/2 hours to get the car!! Then they were going to charge us $145.00US for a 24 hour rental, and seemed to be a bit peeved that we had booked on the net. We therefore, arrived at Misiones IN THE DARK, but the staff at reception were very helpful and courteous in helping us find the condo. The car ended up costing us $60.00US, but the deal on the way out was even better: $20.53US for 24 hours. When we turned the car in at the airport, the National rep just laughed and shook his head saying 'you got a VERY good rate'. If we had just arrived without pre-booking, he told us we would have paid approx. $90.00US for the day. So, thanks Bob!! We did go to town twice, but basically we were very lazy and just hung around the pool and went down to the beach a couple of times, and of course, sat in the sun on the balcony until approx. noon hour when it disappeared. It made it all that much harder coming back to -25C and snow. Although friends told us that while we were gone, we had a couple of days of -47C with the wind. Not quite as warm as Cabo!! I pat myself on the back for finding the website that led us to you, and just have to thank you again June for a very enjoyable stay. We possibly will have to come back again.

Our favorite part was enjoying breakfast on your huge balcony each morning as we watched the sun rise. We also enjoyed the private beach at the resort, very relaxing. And thanks for all the info you emailed us prior to our arrival. It helped everything go smoothly. The condo is beautiful, we loved it. Hope to come back again soon. Mike and Melissa
