We’re a short 10 minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach in a new community.
Welcome to SUNNY and WARM Naples, FL where the average yearly temperature is 70 degrees.
We are renting on one week increments, two week or one month increments for the fall season - January-April of 2013 are available monthly – Two story unit boasts 1700 square feet with 2 Bed/ 2.5 Bath and a den - sleeps 6 comfortably.
Built in early 2011 this is a new development - nestled on a lake with a fountain view with a screened in lanai, full size kitchen, laundry and fully furnished with all the comforts of home.
There’s a heated sea water pool across the lake, with a party cabana and lounge chairs.

Thanks so much for fitting us in at such short notice. We we're simply looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the east coast. It's was all that we hoped that it would be. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai most every morning. It was a stunning view of the lanai with the lake and the fountain. We seen a lot of wildlife, including an aligator and white osprey with their young. There's a walking path a short distance from the townhouse. The pool was so awesome and just like bath water. We appreciated having beach chairs towels and shell baskets to use during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the comforts of home. We we looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle from "life". What a beautiful and warm Tommy Bahama decor throughout the two story townhouse. It had all the comforts of home including soap, shampoo and conditioner. We even had a bottle of wine in the fridge chilled and waiting for us. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai, overlooking the fountain on the lake. There was wildlife in view every single morning. For three straight days we never left, we just enjoyed the tropical paradise, the fantastic pool and the outstanding landscape. The people there were friendly and oh so accommodating. You can really tell the owner put their heart and soul into it. It was truly a place we could relax. Shopping is within walking distance (about .25 miles). Key lime pie at the publix was to die for, and only 8 bucks. Downtown is only a short 15 minutes if you take 75. Marco island is about 20 minutes, down Collier Blvd. Lovers Key State Park is about 20 minutes. Not to mention Vanderbilt Beach is a short 10 minutes. We will be returning next year! The Vista Townhome is a wonderful place to stay and will be our vacation spot for years to come.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: John and I live in the suburbs of Chicago with our three sons. We have two little Chihuahua's, Butters and Max. We're a fun loving family and love to vacation in Naples.

From the moment that I came to Naples I fell in love. Every beach has a different look and feel, its so beautiful and maintained prestinely. We live in the suburbs of Chicago and enjoy Naples for our vacations. Don't forget to hit 10th street in Naples for the best re-sale shops. I love getting Key Lime pie at Randys Fish Market. We live in Chicago, but our hearts remain in Naples. Whether this is your first visit or a returning one, you will fall in love too. Our home is comfortable and has all of the comforts of home. There are beach chairs for our guests to use, shell baskets for collecting shells on the beach. Our kitchen is stocked with general spices for cooking and all of the comforts of home. It's the kind of place you can come in, sit back and relax. Our community is surrounded by golf communities and borders a nature preserve with several natural lakes. Enjoy watching the sun go down in the lanai, while your sipping a margarita. There's a fan on the lanai too to keep you cool during those warm days.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We love to visit the Snook Inn in Marco Island. Shelling is the best in Captiva and the sunset cruise is to die for. Go to Publix and pick up a fresh key lime pie. Randy's fish market is a great place to go for dinner, make sure to go early to get a table. Spanky's speakeasy has the freshest salad bar. Downtown Naples is a great place filled with tourist shops. You can fish off the pier in Naples without a license and clean your fish too! Don't miss the breathtaking sunset on the ocean. Wiggen's Pass state park is about 10 minutes from home. You can hop on I-75 and be downtown Naples within 15 minutes. Our unit is private, clean and spacious. There is tile on the first floor with a powder room, kitchen/dining room and bar. There is also a spacious livingroom, with a flat panel TV, DVD (with a supply of DVD's). Up the 'L' shaped staircase you will walk into a spacious loft - with a futon TV and DVD, with a desk and printer and wireless internet. The master bedroom boasts a queen size bed, on suite bathroom with a full size shower and tub. The second bedroom boast a day bed with trundle. There is a third bathroom off of the second bedroom with a fullsize tub/shower. There is a washer/dryer combo for your use during your stay. We're waiting on you...Naples awaits you.
