  The best place we ever rent in Amsterdam. Amazing location and house with a beautifull garden. Three big, confortable and beautifull bedrooms, a leaving room, dinning room, laundry room... The perfect place to be with a lot of restaurants, shops and parks surrounding. We will come back again for sure.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  My wife, son, his girlfriend and a close friend of the family stayed for 7 days. There was ample room for all. The kitchen is wonderful, the dining room table is the centerpiece and gathering place of the house and the bedrooms are comfortable. The location is perfect. It's an easy walk everywhere and anywhere we wanted to go. To make the stay even nicer, there is a cafe (Two for Joy) a few doors up, a market next to it, bars right around the corner, and a tram stop across the park. The house, its amenities, and Stacy helped us feel (we wish) that it was our home. We had the best time.

  We loved the house and location close to Utrechtse Straat. Owner was very responsive to our wishes and always available. We had to contact her a few times but everything was to our satisfaction in the end. Walk to lovely specialty shops and restaurants, grocery store, Artis Zoo, all museums. I would recommend this property. Steep stairs but that is par for the course in Amsterdam. . Our 2-year old was expert after a couple of days, however. Nice private garden, also.

  Fantastic house! we really felt at home and we enjoyed the great kitchen, the wonderful bedrooms and everything in the appartment. the nieghbourhood is perfect, no too much turistic but close to everything you must visit in Amsterdam. Easly connect to the airport without spend money with a taxi. We never met the host but we share with her several emails and she gave us all the informations we needed during our prep and our stay. for sure if I will go again to Amsterdam I will try to stay again in this UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

  Our stay was FANTASTIC! The house is really beautiful. It has a spacious, well equiped kitchen, nice luxurious bathroom, bedrooms are cosy and the beds perfect! The neighbourhood is great! Everything you want to see, if you visit Amsterdam is within walking distance! Also trams; just around the corner! There is a 'Albert Heijn' (supermarket) next door for your groceries. The 'Utrechtsestraat' (which is just around the corner) is one of the best shopping areas of Amsterdam with a lot of nice coffee places - cafes and restaurants. The street is quiet and the house is overlooking a park. Thanks Marijntje - we felt right at home!

  Our week in Amsterdam was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for lovelier accommodations. Marijntje's home is even more beautiful than the photos. The neighborhood is delightful -- with thoughtful guidance from Marijntje, we found convenient shopping, great spots for coffee or drinks, and wonderful meals. Our rented bikes took us everyplace we wanted to go, although the tram stop was convenient as well. This was a vacation and a home that we will always remember.

  The house was great. The location was perfect with everything you could need very close. Tram stop with multiple routes just two minutes walk so if you want to ride into to the Central Station or most other places of interest, no problem. Rembrandt Square easy walking distance past lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Supermarket for supplies just 50 m up the road and great coffee at the cafe two doors up. Yet the house overlooks a park and the street is quiet. The house itself is clean and spacious with a modern comfortable decor. Kitchen was really well equipped with all the appliances you could want, bathroom was spacious, clean and uncluttered. You can see all that in the photos. Overall when I return to Amsterdam I would try and stay there again. Also Marijentje was very helpful and making arrangements was easy. If you have the impression that I was very happy with the house, you are right.
