An excellent family apartment of approx 65 m2 suitable for small or larger families accommodating the needs of children of all ages. It is located in a quiet street just off avenue des Ternes at walking distance to the metro (Porte Maillot, Porte de Champerret), several public car parks, a variety of French bistros and brasseries, the traditional French food market of rue Poncelet and a selection of elegant boutiques and department stores.
The apartment is in a typical Haussmannian building on the first floor with elevator overlooking a quiet courtyard. It includes a well proportioned lounge/family room with a fully equipped open kitchen with a marble table for 8 people; 1 large bedroom with 1 queen size bed (140 cm), 2 single beds and 1 toddler bed; 1 baby room with a cot bed and 1 double bedroom with a super king size bed (180 cm) and a large wall to wall wardrobe. Lastly, the apartment is excellently located at short driving distance or underground commuting to the business district of La Defense as well as Charles de Gaulle airport. This makes it an excellent solution for families relocating to Paris for business purposes or business people on short/medium term assignments.
