Our stay was wonderful. Every detail was thought of. It was just like being at home. The area was also great. We could get to so many things by just walking. I can't wait to do it again. I also appreciate the support from the staff while we were there. Don't hesitate to treat yourself to a wonderful experience.

"We just returned from a wonderful trip to France. We stayed in beautiful Paris for ten great nights at the Grenache apartment. The apartment was just perfect for us, the location was great and we felt right at home in our Paris neighborhood. We are in our early 70's and found it easy walk to lots of sites and the metro. Definitely would like to return to the city of lights again. Our only disappointment was the view from the balcony, otherwise everything was perfect."

"Although we've stayed in Paris many times, this was our first apartment rental - and it was wonderful! Don't be intimidated by the building's exterior, the apartment is great. We found it to be immaculate and well-maintained, and even stocked with consumables like paper towels. Loved the espresso machine! Location is good. We walk all over Paris, and had no problem getting to anywhere we wanted to go. The Paris Perfect team really is passionate about Paris, and it shows. We will definitely be repeat customers."

"This is our fourth apartment from Paris Perfect. That speaks for itself. The apartment was lovely, centrally located in our favorite 7th dsitrict. The arrangements went very smoothly, the staff very efficient and courteous. I certainly will book again for next year !"

"our apartment was very clean, well equipped & comfy. Grenache is in a fantastic part of Paris - the city is a very pleasant & walkable distance. Delicious fresh food markets around the corner in Rue Cler, lovely restaurants(expensive though) & very nice shopping are all part of this upmarket neighbourhood. It was a joy to come back to this area after very long days checking out this beautiful & tasteful city."

“We enjoyed our stay at the Grenache. It was ideal for just the two of us. It's proximity to Rue Cler was very convenient, and within easy walking distance from four Metro stops, without being so close to any of them to take away from the quietness of its locale (this is because there can be a lot of ongoing activity in the immediate proximity of Metro stations, often situated at busy intersections). A perfect balance, in this regard. I lived in France for two years, while a student, and have revisited Paris (and elsewhere in France) many time since then. This time, it was just for a romantic three weeks with my fiancee. Unfortunately, we did not plan far enough ahead to book all three weeks with ParisPerfect. Yes, it costs more than a "typical" hotel room, but for those of you who know what hotel rooms in Paris are like (e.g., "three stars" that compare to American two-stars, nonexistent closet space, 12 Euro/person "breakfast" add-ons, no refrigerator, coffee maker, or even convenient ice/bucket, intrusive maids who have no qualm about walking in on you unannounced, residual odors from prior guests with pets or who smoked), ParisPerfect apartments, even small ones, are a huge upgrade. Having a clothes washer and dryer in the Grenache saved us wasting precious time taking (and guarding) our clothes at a laundromat. Our greeter was a great communicator in preparing for our arrival, and her English was better than my French. Our actual time of arrival was up in the air for various reasons, and she accommodated us wonderfully. My favorite restaurant in the 7th (I learned about it from locals years ago), not listed in any published guidebooks I like to read (e.g, Frommers, Rick Steves) was listed among Madelyn's "top five" in the area, in the booklet of instructions and recommendations that awaited us. This lady has good taste in food (and reasonable expectations as to service), and we tried and enjoyed several other lunch and dinner venues she suggested (and scrupulously avoided those restaurants and boulangeries she candidly advised against frequenting). The safe was larger than any hotel safe I have seen in French hotels-- large enough for our laptop, multiple SLR camera lenses, and more, and bolted to the floor. That may seem like a minor thing to many travelers, but we had taken nearly 1800 digital photos while in Paris, all stored on the hard drive of our laptop computer, and it would have ruined our vacation to have our computer "grow legs"

"We have been to Paris many times always staying in hotels. This past February we decided to rent an apartment and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a small grocery store, a G20, a your door step and a boulangerie across the road. Finding a place for dinner was easy as there are many restaurants close by. The apartment itself overlooks a courtyard and is fairly quiet with only noises of the daily activities of the residents. We slept in most mornings which never happens at home. The apartment had all the amenities and comforts of home we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning."

This was our first stay with Paris Perfect and it certainly won't be our last. The apartment was lovely, the location ideal and the staff at Paris Perfect were very helpful. I especially like the fact that they phoned a couple of times to see if we had everything we needed. I will certainly recommend them to friends.

We had a wonderful trip to Paris, and a lot of that was due to the nice apartment and its convenient location. This was my first trip to Paris and hopefully it will not be last. You can be certain that I will contact you if there is to be another trip in the future. Thank you again for making the trip so easy and we felt as if we were in our own home and neighborhood. What a lovely place to stay.

We have been customers of Paris Perfect for several years now, and have consistently been very pleased with the apartments. And, as I have written in the past, the service is the star. We get prompt replies to inquiries, very good help on move-in and excellent advice if we need it. The apartments could be absolutely sumptuous, but not pleasing if it were not for the service. We have nothing to complain about for several years now. I recommend Paris Perfect to my friends whenever I find that they are traveling to Paris.

Our third stay at Grenache so it is obvious we love it. The apartment fits us nicely, we love the location too. We have to say, we are always amazed and pleased at how quiet this apartment is with other units all around. We do our part, but everyone is so considerate that way.

“My wife and two of our friends stayed in the Grenache apartment in July 2009, right at the end of Le Tour. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and maintained, and the location was ideal for all of the major sites and activities in Paris. The Grenache apartment was more elegant and spacious than what the photos presented on the web site. It was perfectly suited to our needs. The binder of information was extremely helpful; from tips on how to use the appliances to the location of a nearby pharmacy and a recommended place to dine.I truly appreciated the small touches - a welcoming bottle of wine, complimentary coffee for the espresso maker. And our grandson appreciated the fact that the dvd player had been modified in order to accept North American dvds.The location was perfect! A five minute walk in the morning rewarded me with delicious croissants from a bakery. And a ten minute walk got me to the Eiffel Tower!The staff of Paris Perfect were wonderful! Not only did someone spend time with us when we arrived, explaining everything we needed to know, the next morning someone called to determine if everything was going well. I had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic apartment! What a complete joy! It is beautiful in every possible way. What a fantastic floorplan for a group or for a family. With the living, dining and kitchen above and the 3 bedrooms down below, it is perfect. A balcony with the Eiffel Tower view. What more could you ask for!! It is so convenient to everything, buses to everywhere, metro, too. Restaurants and markets galore. Paris Perfect takes perfect care of their guests, in every way. They are right there to offer every service imagineable. The way to go for first class places to stay. Thank you Madelyn, Philippe, Carolyn and all the staff. Joan
