Villa located in Burn Brae Plantation. We are conveniently located just five minutes from town in the first foot hills. Resting just a short walk from the beach and wildlife. We offer a great refuge from the high pace of town with our 35 acres of well diversified property. Frequent sites are parrots and many other types of birds, large trees, wildlife of all types, and the occasional monkey.

The condo is approximately 2000 square feet with large patio. The master bedroom with one king sized bed* and a full attached bath with shower and double sink. Large walk in closet with safe.
Second Bedroom with 2 queen size beds* and a full attached bath with a large tub/shower and a single sink. Walk in closet.
Third bedroom with 1 queen size bed* and a full attached bath with shower and a single sink.
Optional 4th bedroom with 1 queen size bed* and a full bath with shower and a single sink.
*All beds are Sealy Posturepedic “Dulcina” Plush Euro Pillowtop mattresses with 600 to 1000 thread sheets.
Living room area with 47 inch LCD flat screen TV and DVD player/Xbox system. Mini Hi-fi Sony Stereo with CD and IPod docking station. Dining area with table and 6 chairs.
Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dinnerware, dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove and oven, pots and pans, refrigerator, and toaster. All major appliances are Kenmore Elite.
Other amenities include stacked full size washer/dryer, large balcony on the upper levels and a patio on 1st floor. Full house water filtration system with UV filtration. Air conditioning in every room for individual temperature control, wireless internet access, smoke alarms.

The house was amazing, it truly makes you feel at home. My parents, sister, my 3 year old son and 6 month old daughter stayed there and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved having cocktails on the deck just before sunset. The kitchen is super stocked and has everything you need to cook. It was so convenient waking up making coffee and breakfast and planning out our day from the house. My dad, a birder, saw 4 species of birds he had never seen before while enjoying a drink on the balcony. My son loved feeding the horses and checking out the immense grounds. It had every amenity you could possible want or need on vacation. It was also a huge plus to be just outside of town yet only a couple minute cab drive away. The security guard made us feel really safe staying there and he was also very helpful and friendly. Bill recommended several things to do and each one was a hit. The beaches at starfish beach were so calm and great for the kids. We all loved the beaches at Puanch Beach and from there we walked to Bluffs Beach which has an orange sand beach. We all collected some shells and coral as souvenirs. We had the best meal of our trip at Lemongrass. I travel Central America a lot and this was by far the nicest and most well built house I have ever stayed in. I'm looking forward to returning to try out the water slide!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My family and I traveled to Bocas Del Toro last week and stayed at Burn Brae Plantation. One word....WOW! We had an amazing experience. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, or a 5 minute taxi ride to the surf breaks. It sits on something like 35 acres, which makes for a lot of exploring for our kids. Just far enough away from the Bocas town to be away from it all, but close enough for all the conveniences. Bill and his son Billy were there, and we got to surf with them a few days. We can't wait to go back next year! Such a beautiful property and house/condo with every amenity possible. He's supposedly putting in a pool soon too, which will definitely take it over the top!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Nothing else quite like Burn Brae Plantation Villas. One of the best made and nicest homes on the Island. Made with American's Highest Standards. Decorated with Teak and hardwood furniture from Indonesia. A nice alternative from other rustic rentals.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

About the owner: I am from the USA. I live half the year in Panama. I have one son that is 15. We like anything outdoors or ends with '-ing'. Diving, biking, riding(horses, moto), surfing, boating, and etc.

I built this building. It took 4 years to finish because I was so picky and demanded only the best materials. I am also the owner of the development (Burn Brae Plantation).

I love Bocas for it's great location in the world. Nice warm and clear waters. Great breezes most of the year. Five minutes from either town to the South or the big beaches to the North. Or a short walk down to a small beach in the bay. Wildlife just out your window. Great way to wake up.
