BEST Scottsdale Location, on the east end of Old Town, next to the Civic Center, & the new multibillion dollar Waterfront,our house is located < 1 mile to Fashion Square Mall (Arizona's largest indoor Mall), Scottsdale Stadium, great freeway access, World Class Golf is everywhere, ASU is 10 minutes away.
Our 2BR/2BA home is approximately 1500sf, and has a 2-car garage, beds for 4 people (1 King Bed, 1 full bed), and futons for additional sleeping for more!
Each of the bedrooms & living room lead to one of our 2 furnished patios. Our townhome is steps away from Indian School Park, which runs the length of Scottsdale with beautiful grounds and walking/biking paths. Our newly remodeled community pool/spa/rec room is just 1 block north of the house, facing the park, and is kept very warm all year 'round! We have ceramic tile floors throughout, and the home and community is pet friendly. Dogs LOVE our location next to the park!
Our home away from home is completely furnished with all linens, towels, full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV/VCRs/cable (in the livingroom and each of the bedrooms), videos, video games, parlor games, books. All you need to bring is your personal items! Wifi, cable, phone, all utilities included with your stay.

We invite you to come and visit our home away from home. We love our warm and comfortable townhome, the nice community we live in, and the wonderful proximity to all things we love about Scottsdale. We can walk to the park, to the Old Town shops and restaurants, to the new Waterfront attractions, or even Fashion Square Mall. We have repeat guests each year during the year, who visit to get out of the cold of winter, as well as baseball fans who come for MLB Spring Training. In the summer months, we have visitors from all over the world spending sabbaticals, internships, residencies, or visiting friends and relatives. So whether Scottsdale brings you for business or pleasure, or anything in between, we invite you to come stay at our townhouse during your visit.
