The house was awesome and had all the creature comforts of home. The owners were so easy to deal with and had a nice little treat basket waiting for us. The house was immaculate and we really enjoyed our stay.Thank you so much!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: This was a smooth rental for us too. The renters were exceptional in the care they took of our home and it was very much appreciated.

We were a group of 2 families (one senior, four adults, three youths and one child). We are frequent renters of vacation homes across the country and I can safely say that this was probably the best overall experience we've had so far. Right from the moment we inquired about the availability of the house to the return of the deposit amount - everything worked extremely smoothly. The owner called multiple times so that she can understand our specific needs and made sure that we were very comfortable. The owners have designed and built this house themselves and they also stay full time here and it shows. The rooms are very well furnished and decorated. The plants all over the house give a very nice touch. The kitchen is well equipped. The master bath is extremely beautiful. The appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerator, oven, TV, etc.) are all of high quality. We went during ski season and it was very cold, so we didn't spend any time in the patio, but it seemed to be well built and furnished too. There is a free bus service, just a few steps away, which takes you to Aspen downtown. For $ 1 / person, they even pick you up and drop you in front of the house. That was veryconveninet in the cold weather. The owner also had left all kinds of information regarding skiing and other activities for us. All in all, this was one of the best vacations we've had! We would definitely recommend this to anyone and would love to go back there sometime soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
Owner response: These 2 families were fabulous guests, we could hardly tell that there were 9 guests here! We were happy to be able to answer questions and help plan their stay. So glad they were comfortable and enjoyed our home and the area.

Accurate property description and photos, very close to town center of Aspen(excellent restaurants, shopping and less than 1.5 miles to the base of Aspen Mountain Gondola). Home was clean and comfortable, sunny and well furnished and all systems operable. The local mass transit worked fine and besides Aspen Mountain, the mass transit connections to Aspen Highlands and Snowmass were flawless.Remember to make restaurant reservations and food shopping at nearby City Market worked well. Would highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
