  We needed a vacation rental for the holidays to celebrate with our family of four with one of our sons who recently moved to Santa Monica. Even though it's too chilly to swim in December we wanted a private beach to simply sit, enjoy watching the waves and take leisurely walks . Broad Beach offers all of these things and more. The beach is flat, perfect for walking and the sunsets are amazing. We were treated to a large seal sitting on the sand on the first day of our visit. If you are looking for a beach vacation, Terrence's wonderful Malibu home is the place. Terrence cares about making your Malibu vacation in his home comfortable and goes out of his way by asking you if you need anything before you arrive. When we arrived we were welcomed with holiday flowers, decorations, bottle of wine and gift basket. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful and very private. Don't hesitate to book this home for your next Malibu vacation experience! Thank you again Terrence for your care and concern in making sure we were comfortable. We are so grateful for you and for our wonderful vacation experience in Malibu and your home!

  Hi Terence, We sincerely had one of the most enjoyable family vacations we have ever been on staying in your home. Each and every one of my family members has a new favorite beach in California, ( I hope it remains a secret) your proximity to the ocean was represented precisely!! You are a consummate host who truly cares about the condition and surroundings your guests experience in your home. The backyard was enjoyed by all of us and we will have fond memories getting to roast marshmallows in the fire-pit. We cannot Thank You enough for opening your home up to us.   What a cozy and amazing property, but more importantly, what an accommodating and respectful host!!! I decided this would be the perfect location to propose to my girlfriend, and the homeowners went far out of their way to provide us with excellent hospitality. (SHE SAID YES!!!) From a wonderful welcome tour to all the amenities, we utilized every part of this perfect home. This includes a clean well-stocked kitchen to cook our meals, easy-to-use fire pit/lounge area, breakfast bar, and large dining table to dine/relax, hot tub AND quick access to Broad Beach, elegant grand piano, flat screen tvs everywhere, Blu-ray DVD player accommodation!, comfy spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and so much more. We will forever be grateful for the memorable experiences shared here. You guys are definitely part of our special story. Definitely looking forward to the next time we visit.

  We were traveling with 4 boys between 9 and 11 yrs. Having heard several stories of rental homes not turning out to be as shown in pictures , we were a little apprehensive . This was also the first time we rented a home. To our delight it turned out to be a cozy home with spacious rooms and a beautiful location. The house was very well maintained tucked away in a safe and elegant location. Terence was nice to talk to over the phone and even took the trouble to come out late at night , as we reached late and showed us around explaining how to use the fire pit and Jacuzzi . The kids loved it . Each room had its on television , they could not have asked for more . We left behiind some books and Terence prompltly mailed them back. He was very tolerant and courteous.

  We were fortunate to find this warm and inviting home for the holidays! We were met upon arrival by the homeowner who was very kind, gracious and helpful! THe kitchen was well appointed with everything you'll need. THe dining room was large enough to have a dinner party for 8-10 people! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was great for relaxing. It was a short walk to the beach where my husband and i enjoyed the sunsets while our three little ones frolicked in the water! I would most definitely recommend this home. We will always remember our wonderful memories there!

  I was looking for a place to get away from the city to celebrate my birthday and New Years Eve. I couldn't be happier with this location. The homeowners had done a wonderful job to make sure our stay was beyond expectations. Providing us with a tour of the amenities upon our arrival and suggesting local places to dine (You have got to get the hamburger at Savory, it's the best burger in LA). You can tell they care as much about your stay as they do the attention to detail in their home. The house is laid out wonderfully to entertain with several different areas from the den, outside fire pit, spacious living room, and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked with state of the art appliances and utensils for cooking. Everything is easy to find and use. A short walk took us down to Broad Beach where we were able to swim in the surf and look at the amazing houses. A few minutes drive will get you to Zuma beach for some good longboard surfing. I will cherish the memories of our stay for a lifetime. Thanks Terrence!

  We recently stayed in this property for the weekend. It was a lovely experience. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival, who went out of his way to show us the amenities of his beautiful home and also provided a welcome basket, which was wonderful. We had a dinner party and this location was excellent. The outdoor fire pit was definitely utilized and so was the jacuzzi. The bedrooms were spacious and the bed in the Master Bedroom was unbelievably relaxing. It was great experience and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! You are also a walk away from an exclusive private beach. That was also a great feature!!!
