My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and casita. It was beautifully designed and decorated and impeccably maintained. For golfers, it is right across the street from the clubhouse, and the adjacent hotel with its restaurants and other amenities are all an extension of this rental, especially the La Quinta Resort Spa, which is one of my favorites! We cannot wait to go back and stay in this warm, hacienda-styled home on the 10th tee. It felt like our second home, instead of a rental property. We would wholeheartedly recommend this home to friends and family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: Bruce is a bankruptcy trustee and Rosie is a Registered Nurse and owns a private nursing homecare business in Vancouver, British Columbia. We have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. We love to bike, hike, golf and ski. We also love to travel and play bridge. We are so happy to share our home in the desert with you. We are crazy hockey fans as we follow our team the Vancouver Canucks. Hence the NHL Center Ice Package is available in our home. Go Canucks Go!
Why the Owner Chose Santa Rosa Cove:
After much research we found this unique townhome in Santa Rosa Cove on the 10th fairway of the famed La Quinta Mountain Course. We love the location. The whole package is a magnet that pulls our children and grandchildren to us.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We enjoy the access to the La Quinta Resort amenities including it's many pools (adult, children and lap). We love walking (not driving) to the fabulous restaurants at the Resort (The Adobe, Morgans and 26) or walking 5 minutes to old town La Quinta to enjoy the restaurants there ( our favorite is happy hour at Stufts Pizza-there is much more than pizza on the menu!)
