My family of 9 stayed in this beautiful house and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The owner was always available to talk to us and responded to our requests. The home was neat and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were confortable and there was plenty of room for my large family. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and we will definitely return. Everyone in my party was completely impressed with this house. It had more than enough room to accommodate our eight people. There was even enough room for my dad to sleep over one night. The owner was exceptional and was always accessible by phone. We arrived ahead of the scheduled 3pm check in after driving for 15 hours and the owner graciously allowed us into the property early. The kids were never bored with the Google TV. The Paypal transactions were simple. Booking this house was the easiest part of planning our family vacation. I feel good about referring friends and family to this property. I will be staying at this property in the future whenever I visit N.Y.C.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I stayed here with two children a husband and my mom. The accomodations were comfortable for us all. The place is well designed and well maintained. It could even be considered hi-end. The landlord and his wife are very nice people, They made sure we had everything we needed and were available for any concerns. We loved staying here and the kids loved playing in the backyard and going to the local park. The location is convenient for the city or long island. We will definately stay here again when we come back to NY. T.S. If you are looking for much-needed respite away from the hustle bustle of a metropolis then look no further.... it can be found right here in this spacious condo. Nestled among trees and flowers, yet close enough to JFK airport, hotels, restaurant and amenities, you need want for nothing and you have the best of both worlds. Although the condo sounds like it is in a weird area (backing up to the airport), it is centrally located and very quiet. The house itself is well-appointed and has the most lovely backyard where you can take your coffee in the mornings, have a siesta in the afternoon, and star gaze at night. The kitchen was very, very well equipped and the decent family area/kitchen is perfect for cooking and socializing after a day of activities. All in all I would highly recommend and found the owners to be very gracious and conscientious about their property. Looking froward to staying there again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My family and I drove down from Kansas City. We were afraid of spending New York City prices for a place to stay. This place was just right. For the price of a room we got a house with 2 two bedrooms and most importantly three TVs. It was nice to be able to come back to a comfortable place. We definitely will come here again the next time we make the trip. For the money this place can't be beat.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We recently visited NYC for a seminar and were very glad that we found this place. We were 5 adults, and each had their own sleeping arrangment. This was definitely a good find for me. Its very clean, something that’s very very important to me. There was a huge TV in the bedroom, nice to relax to after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was very sweet and helpful. I think for the money, the place is awesome and we will definitely be coming back here.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

I came to NYC with my sister, and wanted our families to stay together. The living arrangement here turned out to be perfect. Each couple had their own big bed, and a twin bed for our kid. The pictures are definitely acurate, so if you like what you see, thats what you will be getting (which we thought was very well-maintained).
