This gorgeous Sun City Shadow Hills retreat, is immaculate, spacious, contemporary, and filled with all the comforts of home!
Granite countertops, French door refrigerator, two ovens, LG high efficiency washer/dryer, flat screen TVs (living room and bedroom) with surround sound and cable featuring HBO, Showtime and OnDemand, phone (calls within US and Canada are free), WiFi, central AC and heating, ceiling fans, covered patio where you will enjoy the fantastic mountain views!
The location of our home is excellent, it is the San Benito Model offering over 2100 square feet, located in Phase I close to the main entrance and a very short walk to the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse has it all, featuring the indoor and outdoor pool, spa, fitness center, exercise classes, recreational area, etc.
If you feel like exploring beyond the Sun City Shadow Hills, there is plenty of entertainment nearby - casinos, shopping, concerts, movies, outdoor activities, restaurants, Coachella and Joshua Tree National park are all extremely easy to accesss from this beautiful home. This is the ideal place to get away from the cold winters and enjoy the desert beauty and busy winter activities.
We take pride in our well-kept home and want you to feel at ease. It is comfortable, tasteful, and spotless. The master suite is very large and has a King bed, Flat Screen TV, desk, oversized walk-in-closet, full size bathroom including dual sinks, and a seperate shower and tub.
The 2nd spacious bedroom has a Queen bed and a mirrored spacious closet. It is adjacent to a full bathroom including a shower/tub.
The dens has double doors which close completely offering the privacy and feel of having a 3rd bedroom. In addition, off of the den is a separate bonus room, with a desk and trundle bed. Both rooms offer 2 additional sleeping areas. The office has a twin bed with a trundle that pulls out offering another sleeping area. The den features a European style black leather couch which easily converts in to a full size bed and has a ceiling fan to provide for cool air circulation.
The laundry room features a built in sink, washer and dryer and is attached to a large 2 car garage.
