My girlfriend and I along with our two friends, enjoyed our nine days in Paris and staying in Cynthia's flat made the experience that much more. The flat was clean and had all of the amenities that you could ask for. The skylight-cieling provided natural light in an already bright kitchen. The location of the flat was awesome. Just two blocks away fron the Arc de Triomphe and an easy stroll to the Eiffel Tower. The flat is more inviting than the photos show. With the spiral staircase leading to the second floor, the flat has more than enough space to comfortably hang out and relax. Our experience was hightened by the nice and friendly people we interacted with and Cynthia was no different. From the moment we met, she greeted us with a smile and spoke English confidently. Cynthia provided us with more than enough information regarding the neighborhood and what it has to offer. We were easily able to contact her with questions that we had. We would highly recommend staying at Cynthia's flat to all of our friends. We spent the week of July 2nd in Paris. We have three active teenagers and we all loved it. We were greeted warmly by the owner, who is lovely. The accommodation was great. Everything we needed was there, if it wasn't, it was only a phone call away. The apartment was clean and quiet. Our location was great. We were a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, and a metro station two minutes away. We spent our days exploring the city and before heading out for the evening we could chill and relax in this great apartment! Come see Paris and enjoy!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

A total of 6 people (3 moms and 3 daughters) spent an incredible spring break in Paris in this fabulous rental property. Although the apartment would more comfortably sleep 4, we were able to fit 2 more in due to 2 couches (one of which pulls out) in the living room. So, this was an exceptional value! The location is absolutely superb, being just a few blocks to the Eiffel tower in one direction and a Metro stop in another. Everything was clean and in working order, and we really appreciated the large kitchen and dining area. Also, because the apartment sits back quite a ways off the street (behind a private courtyard), it was quiet and peaceful. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come "home," cook a meal with locally-sourced foods (market is less than a minute away), and catch up on internet and phone. Cynthia was an absolute pleasure, providing us with helpful information and meeting us on our arrival. We felt very safe and welcome knowing that she was a phone call away. I will definately stay in this same location next time I return to Paris! Can't go wrong with this apartment. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, and had all of the amenities promised. Cynthia, the owner, could not have been more welcoming or helpful during our stay, which was much appreciated. The bathroom arrangement for one bedroom is not convenient (it is on the first floor, the bedroom is on the second), but that wasn't an insurmountable difficulty. The location is great -- walking distance to many attractions and neighborhood shops and restaurants.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are a family of 6. two daughters (11, 21) and boys (16, 19). We live in Paris near this apartment that we rent. We used to live there when we had only two children. Now we moved to a larger place. I like renting this flat because I like to meet people for all over the world.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
The apartment is very well located, near the Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower. But it is easy to go almost everywhere in Paris with the two lines of metro which are nearby. In this neighborhood there are many nice and fancy shops as well many restaurants at all kind of prices, from cheap to expensive. To go to the Business centre of la Défense it is also very convenient with the express metro RER.
