About the owner: My husband and I live in upstate New York near West Point in the Hudson valley for the last 45 years. Surrounded by mountains. I am the mother of two grown sons and two grandchildren who live nearby. One son lives in Long Island.
Why the Owner Chose Sag Harbor:
My house belonged to my husband's aunt who bought home as a summer vacation home for the family as we all love the beach.She lived alone and retired to Sag Harbor where she resided until the age of 90 when she could no longer live alone.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Where to begin-Not enough room to say all I would like to. The house is so cozy and so easy to care for. No time to spend in the house when you can walk to bay and short distance to ocean return home to see the sunset from the deck and look forward to the boats in the bay at night with fireworks. The fresh air the sun dancing on the bay is the most relaxing place I choose to be. Any season. Three hour ride from my home and worth it all when I ride along bay and enter Bay Point to the house.
