My family and I were super happy with the home! It was very clean and AWESOME location. The home was described very accurately in the post. This is more than enough space and we loved the outdoor shower. The only complaint we had was if you tried to open and close the mini blinds (for sleeping) the cord holding the blinds would break from tension. They were clean just normal wear and tear so becareful with them. We ended up just leaving them alone and dealing with the light if we wanted to sleep in. That was not a big deal just a warning to be mindful of them. By far my favorite home we have ever rented at the beach. We are excited to book for next year. Thanks for a great vacation home!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The Kozy Shack was the perfect home for our vacation. It was attractively decorated and well equiped with everything we needed. The biggest concern I had upon arrival were the spiral stairs which I had not been aware of(the only reason I was concered about these were because of my two children under the age of 4) but we had brought a child gate with us and we were able to put it up so the stairs didnt pose a problem. Also the hot tub that was outside on the deck did not look as if it was in proper working condition, I was not upset about this though because I didnt even know that it was going to be there, it had not been advertised in the property details. The location of the property is seconds away from the boardwalk which was amazing for walking convenience. Overall I couldnt have been any happier with our choice in renting this property and I look forward to staying there again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
