Modern home in Mill Valley just 15 minutes to everything! A short drive to the Golden Gate Bridge, downtown Sausalito, Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais, Stinson Beach. Or head 45 minutes north to wine country. It's the perfect quaint town centrally located for Bay area exploration.
The house is a 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen bed), 2 full bath multi-level home located in the cul-de-sac of a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown Mill Valley. Beautiful maple hardwood floors throughout the home. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom and 1 large TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances and the dining area can seat up to 6. A balcony with a gas BBQ is off the living room with a small table ideal for breakfast as the sun comes up over the hills. There is also an additional large deck with a hot tub perfect for afternoon/evening relaxation.

Our stay here in Mill Valley was so incredible. We had tickets to see a show in San Rafael which was just minutes away from the house. The house sits in a great little neighborhood in the woods, even though neighbors were close the views were still amazing! The mist in the morning with the in hip in town feel of being in a neighborhood. Courtney (the owner) was generous to allow us to stay for only one night, her kitchen was so fun to cook in, if we could of stayed longer we would have. The next day we were able to catch some views along Panoramic Blvd, and check our Muir Beach as well as catch a quick delicious bite at the Pelican Inn. Being that all of these places were so close to the house, we were able to squeeze in a bike ride across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito catching a ferry back to the pier to make our flight that night! It was a great and affordable way to end our trip! Thanks Courtney!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This is a terrific house! We stayed 8 days and couldn't have been more comfortable. It's a split level house with a gorgeous valley view, lots of light and tons of comfortable ammenities like a well-stocked kitchen (we made waffles) perfect for cooking a lot or a little, comfortable beds, extra big master bath tub, and perfect hot tub on the deck outside. If you want much more than any hotel can offer, this is a GREAT place for an extended stay. Excellent value for money. Only caveats: you need a car as it's in the hills, but is a short 8 min drive to downtown Mill Valley, 20 min drive to Stinson Beach, 30 min to SF. Also, although the house (thankfully) did not smell like a cat, the owner clearly has a cat, so if you are allergic, probably not your place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
