Sandpiper Cove: This one bedroom, sleeps four comfortably. Not only will you be able to view your boat in the canal from your deck, but also a nine hole par three chip and putt golf course. This golf course is FREE to play, as well as tennis, horseshoes, and shuffle board.
The condominium has been completely renovated and is decorated by Haverties. Furnishings include a KING-size bed, a leather rocker recliner, and a sleeper sofa. This Condo has two cable TVs, one in the living room which includes a VCR/DVD combo, and one in the bedroom. The unit also includes a FULL size washer & dryer for your convenience.
It’s only a short walk to 1100 feet of private beach. On the beach there is a large Pavilion, which includes bathrooms, picnic tables, grilles and a snack bar. There is also a restaurant available on site.

My family and I just got back from our 5 night trip to Destin and we had a great time. The condo was completely furnished and was ready for us. The only thing we needed to provide was the groceries and the kitchen was ready for use! Having a washing machine and dryer also in the condo was awesome! It was so nice coming in for the day and being able to wash and dry whatever we needed right there in the condo and not having to walk out to the rental machines. Very convienient! I loved the view from the balcony. It was nice to sit out in the evenings and feel the palm trees blowing and watch people play golf from below or see people coming in from their boating trips for the day. And let me not forget to include that the umbrella and 2 beach chairs that was included in this stay was awesome!!!! That was one less thing we had to worry about. It was setup for us every day and was soooo nice!!! We even had a couple ask us how they could get an umbrella and 2 chairs and then they realized that it was not included in their condo stay. It was definitely something that we appreciated, and it was very nice having those chairs waiting for us whenever we decided to go down and enjoy the beach....which, by the way was BEAUTIFUL!!!! I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone that was going to Destin, it was nicely taken care for....the grounds were beautiful.....the pools were relaxing.....beach was amazing.....I couldn't have asked for more!

This property is ideal for a couple or small family. Getting into the complex and apartment is easy and stress-free and once you're there, you'll have few reasons to leave other walks to the the beach, the tennis courts, the golf course, or the pool. We used the plentiful cookware and outdoor grill to cook in most nights, although the community's restaurant is less than a five minute walk away. It's clean and cozy- even a washer and dryer, which helps tremendously with worrying how much to pack. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
