The upper deck can be accessed from the great room via sliding glass doors. This home offers four nicely decorated bedrooms and three baths. The dining room, which is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen, seats six comfortably. On the lower level a large family room offers a big screen TV, a fireplace, and a ping-pong table for your enjoyment. The lower patio provides access to the lake via steps with railings leading to the dock where there is room for sun bathing and for two boats to be tied up. Great location on the lake. Deep water. Cove was quiet during the week for swimming of the dock. Good fishing, and great water sports. Very nice that the dock and deck were in the shade in the afternoon. A plus that the drive was not steep like many houses, but on the downside there were A LOT of stairs to get to and from the water. The house does need some TLC. Most of the blinds were in some state of disrepair. The electrical outlets in the bathroom and bedrooms did not all work because of improper installation. The kitchen had plenty of plates, but not enough glasses. Silverware was plenty but a hodgepodge of styles and sizes. Needs more kitchen utensils to cook with, esp. frying pans that aren't scratched or warped. Dinnerware wasn't well washed and I rewashed most of it before using. We did enjoy the spacious area downstairs and the pingpong table, esp. with the teens.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1
