Located at the lower end of the lake near the dam, Pine Point has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. On the main level there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace and TV. The adjoining dining room is lakeside and seats eight. A large spacious kitchen allows plenty of room for more than one chef to prepare the meals! This four-bedroom home features a lower level family room with a bar, a foosball table, TV, and a fireplace for your enjoyment. There is ample parking space for vehicles and boat trailers. The large rambling deck over-looking the lake is sufficiently furnished for relaxing on those lazy afternoons. The large grassy yard with its gentle slope to the dock provides plenty of room for children to romp and play!
