Quiet Cove is located in Mariner’s Landing Golfing Community and near the State Park. A beach with a roped off swim area, paddle boats, and hiking trails are a few of the amenities available at the State Park. Upon entering the main level of this unit there is a foyer, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar separating the dining/great room. The great room features 9ft vaulted ceilings, beautiful hard wood floors, a gas fireplace, and sliding doors that lead to the deck. Two bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry room are also on the main level; the master bedroom having access to the deck via French doors. The lower level family room has a pool table, pub table, TV, and VHS/DVD. The screened porch with patio furniture is off the family room; there are two additional bedrooms and a bath on this level also. There is a covered boat slip available for your use-- NO lift.
