This bungalow style duplex is surrounded by lush vegetation and located on a quiet cul de sac only 2 blocks from the Gulf beaches. Each unit requires a minimum monthly (28 day) stay. This is the perfect place for a couple who wants to enjoy a month (or two) in paradise. The master bedroom features a queen bed and full bath with walk in shower. Enjoy your coffee each morning on the private deck or bbq in the evening after a day at the beach. There is a smaller 2nd bedroom/office for you to work or check in back home via high-speed internet/WIFI. A twin futon allows this room to also be used for an additional guest that might visit during your stay.
Each bungalow also features a large, fully furnished updated kitchen. The living room is perfect for relaxing with the 37' HDTV and DVD player. The cottage style futon sofa folds down to accomodate 2 more guests.
A second full bathroom and private laundry facilities are just two more reasons why this is such a great place. And remember...IT'S PET FRIENDLY! A $200 non-refundable pet deposit is required.
