We had a wonderful time at this condo. This was our first time renting and we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the large rooms/space, all the supplies for the beach, and the kitchen had everything we could need and more. Very close to beach and first floor is great for walking out to the pool. We are definitely going to rent here again. Good restaurants were Grillers Seafood Deck and Branos Italian Grill.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Loved it! Our family of 5 was completely at home in this condo. It included everything we needed for the week stay; kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The pool and the beach were very convenient and I was so thankful to be on the ground floor. It made things so much easier with 3 boys and surfboards. We brought along our puggle who adapted very well...so thanks Drew for allowing us to bring her! Last time we were in Cocoa we stayed at the Sheraton and it is far more congested at that end of the beach...so I was able to learn more about the area this time....loved the Port! Thanks again Drew! We had a fabulous time!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Very satisfied! We stayed with son and dauughter in law and grandkids . We had everything we needed and some extras we didnt expect. Very secure for the kids The keys to everything were a little inconvenience. But the security was well worth it. New , clean and modern. Beautifully kept complex with easy beach access. Great place for those wanting to stay away from crowds and noise. When we were there the sauna was nonoperational. One huge draw back is that the pool is chained closed at Dusk. Only improvement to unit would be a tv in the se ond bedroom Even though there are tvs in master bedroom. And living room, tthe one in the lr is right at the doot of the master and can be a little disturrbing when trying to sleep while others are still enjoying the day. Ovetall, we really had no complaints. We would go back. Rental arrangements are eady and the owner very helpful!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My girlfriend and I loved this condo. The unit was great and had clearly been recently renovated. Everything was modern and up to date, unlike some of the other Canaveral Tower units I looked at renting. The unit also had two flat screen TVs which were very helpful during the inclement weather. The condo was also conveniently located on the first floor and right next to the beach. The apartment also came equipped with everything you needed for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, beach toys, etc.). If you get sick of the beach there is also a pool and a shuffleboard court right in the complex, literally 15 feet from the condo's doorstep. The beach was very family friendly (No Panama City/College Spring Break atmosphere) - great place for a family vacation. Also, Orlando is only an hour away if you wanted to go to the theme parks located there. There are also several restaurants down the street as well as multiple deep sea fishing tours. There are numerous things to do if you get tired of the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the owner is easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Cape Canaveral! This condo was exactly as the photo & very, very clean. The ground floor right here by the pool was perfect, along with us being able to unload our belongings right at the front door. We had nice covered spot to park our car. The owner was such a pleasure to work with & we will always use him for our beach trips. We were 3 generations, along with our dog here ~ what a wonderful, perfect week. We had a wonderful time at this condo! We loved the convenient ground floor unit so close the pool and the condo is beautiful. Very fresh and modern. Cape Canaveral is a beautiful and relaxing place to vacation and we return every year. We just got back from a wonderful week at the beach. The condo was everything that we expected and more. We loved being on the ground floor close to the pool, parking, the beach, etc. The beach was just a short walk away and the grounds are beautiful. All of the rules were easy to follow and the condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable, loved the big flatscreens, had all of the beach equipment we needed, kitchen was fully equipped, we just loved our stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Unit 104 was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Canaveral Towers was quiet and not crowded allowing our kids to swim for hours in the heated pool. We spent the majority of our time in the ocean wave surfing followed by eating out for dinner. Rusty's was our favorite restaurant and we can't wait to return. My family enjoyed a great week in this unit. Very clean condo - beautiful manicured grounds. Laundry facilities are very handy! On the ground floor, close to the pool and just steps to a gorgeous beach. Perfect for a family with small kids. Just spend a wonderful week in this unit. It is so handy to the pool, beach, parking. It was well equipped with supplies, and furnishings, anything you could want. It was very comfortable and quiet. Ground level was very handy, even if it didn't have a view of the ocean. I loved going to sleep to the sound of the waves. The grounds are so very well kept, it was a real pleasure. Our stay here was like walking into the pictures you see on your browser. The tile floors are as shiney as in picture, the grounds are perfect, not a blade of grass out of place, not a piece of trash on parking lot. Master bed is better than any hotel, kitchen is well equipped. Ground floor just a few steps from huge pool and a few more steps to beautiful beach. We spent a week at this very clean condo, on the bech at Cape Canaveral. The beach is perfect for a walk tho the pier of Cocoa Beach, the heated pool was warm and right at our door. We had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and relaxing. Since it is on the ground floor it is excellent for handicap person or older travelle. We took a cruise after on the Norwegian Son, the port is just a few minutes from the condo, very well located and quiet. I recommand this for two couples or family of 4 or 5.
