'Seagrace House' is a charming island home located on the bay of Governor's Harbour. Watch the breathtaking sunsets sink into the aqua blue/green water from the front porch, of course, with a drink in your hand! Ahhhhh! What a Life!
This wonderful 100+ year old, genuine Bahamian, fully furnished, island home invites you inside. Wake up overlooking the bay. The downstairs master bedroom, with its queen bed and private bath, is welcoming and tastefully decorated. The 2 large upstairs bedrooms each have an antique full bed, with a full bath between them. Very charming!
The village is less than a 5-minute walk. You'll find shopping, restaurants, bars, movie theater, banks, liquor stores, post office, a great library with internet services, etc. There are many more wonderful restaurants and bars within 5-7 miles. Enjoy a drink, listen to island music, and watch the waves of the Altantic Ocean lap the shoreline. Maybe spot a cruise ship going by!
Eleuthera is 110-mile long island with numerous pink sand beaches to relax on, great reefs for snorkeling and diving, a cave to explore, many churches of different denominations to experience, and the friendliest people you'll ever want to meet!

This property was misrepresented in the online presentation. There was no microwave or wifi. The main busy noisy road was right out front and the house was full of mould and mildew. Year Purchased: 1986
About the owner: My husband and I live in Vermont. We had 6 (now 5) children & 6 grandchildren. (We lost our oldest son a few months ago). We are semi-retired, adventuresome, and love to travel, especially Eleuthera (26 years there) and the Carribbean. We are very blessed!
