WE RENTED THIS HOUSE AND WE GOT COCKROACHES AND MOLD IN THE BATHROOMS, WE PAID FOR THE HEATED SWIMMING-POOL AND A JACUZZI, HAD TO WAIT COUPLE DAYS FOR IT TO HEAT AND THE JACUZZI DIDN'T WORK AT ALL, WE SPEND 2 DAYS AND 2 NIGHTS WITHOUT AC WHEN THE TEMP INSIDE THE HOUSE WAS 84 F.WE WERE THERE WITH SMALL KIDS, THEY WERE SICK AFTER THAT. ON THE TOP OF EVERYTHING THE AGENCY DIDN'T RETURN MY DEPOSIT MONEY AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA CLEANING(WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID IN THE RATE) AND CLEANING THE CARPET, BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE, THEY SIMPLY STOLE MY MONEY, WITHOUT ANY REASON.I PAID FOR RENT SO IT IS OBVIOUS THAT I AM NOT GONNA FLY ABOVE THE CARPET AND THEY JUST DECIDED TO REFRESH THE OLD CARPET ON MY EXPENSE. NEVER EVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE BEFORE AND I AM SPENDING MY VACATION ON MARCO ISLAND EVERY YEAR. I DO NOT RECCOMENDED TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE MORE THAN YOU PAID FOR.
