Waterman's “Lakeshore” condo #2 sits DIRECTLY on the lakeshore. We are part of The Willows complex, but are unique because we have our own patio that walks straight down to the beach and out to the dock.
From the moment you walk into the beautifully appointed lake home the lake views are astounding.
The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, including a side by side refrigerator with an ice maker. There is service for twelve and a dish washer, so no one needs to spend their vacation cleaning dishes.
The open concept dining room has seating for six along with two chairs at the island. There is plenty of elbow room at the table, designed specifically for the Lakeshore Condo, so everyone can enjoy dinner or a board game and the expansive view as well.
Step down into the living room and you will find it hard to decide if you want to sit in the leather recliners and relax in front of the fire as you watch the 40” flat screen TV or if you want to stretch out on the custom made sofa. Either way, you will feel right at home.
Maybe you will bypass the living room and go right out to the flagstone patio and enjoy watching the fishermen and sailboats pass. The occasional barge in the distance is quite a scene as it navigates the river system.
The main floor has a ¾ bath with a shower and a stackable frontload washer and dryer for your use as well.
The second bedroom is located downstairs. It is quite large by second bedroom standards. It has a friendly nautical feel, boasts a king size bed, mounted 32” flat screen TV, and a wonderful view of the lake.
The master suite also has a king bed. There is a klik klak that can sleep two children as well. There is a walk in closet, and a bath with a jetted tub and sky light. The master bedroom has a 40” mounted flat screen TV, and a walk out balcony where you and your loved one can relax with a cup of coffee we provide and discover exactly why we are known to be on what is called Sunrise Bay.
The Willows complex hosts wonderful amenities, and the management and staff are delightful people. There is an indoor pool and spa as well as an exercise room available. Also on site is the Skyline on Pepin Restaurant, which will deliver right to your condo!! A replica 1890’s paddleboat offers excursions from May through October, and the famous 2.5 mile River Walk begins right outside your door.
If you must venture away from The Willows, there is so much to see and do. Lake Pepin is the delight of fishermen, boaters, sailors, and of coarse water enthusiasts of all kinds. It is the birthplace of water skiing after all. There are also six area golf courses, a casino, National Eagle Center, skiing, snowmobiling, shopping and antiquing.
Lake Pepin is situated on one of the most scenic driving tours in the United States. The views alone will bring you to the area any time of the year, and Waterman's Lakeshore Condo #2 will keep you coming back time after time!!

- Lakeshore # 2 is unique to the entire Willow's complex. We offer two king bedrooms, and with the convertible sofa and klik klak can sleep up to eight people. We have a private flagstone patio that leads directly to the beach and dock. Dock space can be rented for $20 per night and you can see your boat from every room in the condo!! The Skyline on Pepin Restaurant is in the complex, and if you do not want to walk over, they will deliver to you!!! Don't want to bring your boat? No Worries!! The replica 1890's paddleboat is available for excursions right out front. The famous 2.5 mile river walk begins just outside the door and there are six golf courses to choose from nearby.

Winter Rates:Nov.1st - Apr.30th Weekday = $125/night; Weekend = $175/night Shoulder Season:May 1-24th & Sept.4-Oct.31st Weekday=$159/night;Weekend=$209/night Peak Season: May 25th - Sept. 3rd Weekday - $185/night and Weekend = $260/night All holidays are at the weekend rate. We have a 2 night minimum on the weekends from May 27th through October 21st. Reservations must be cancelled with in 72 hours of scheduled arrival time or your credit card will be charged for 1 nights stay for each room reserved. Rates are subject to change and not guaranteed with out a paid in advance reservation.

We are the Brauns and the Loken's and have been friends for over 30 years!! Welcome to our Lake home!! We are happy to be able to share Lakeshore with you when we cannot be there enjoying it ourselves.
Why the Owner Chose Lake City
We are avid fishermen and boaters. We have navigated the river system together from Hudson to Dubuque and to waters beyond. We love the water and the adventure that it brings. In our travels up and down the river we have found Lake Pepin to be the most beautiful of all. We enjoy the blue water and the magnificent bluffs. We have enjoyed watching our children play on the beaches together here at the Lake, and built memories that will last a lifetime.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We were immediately drawn to the Lakeshore condo # 2 because of it's location. The expansive views are just amazing. We appreciate that it sits directly on the water. As boaters, we really love that we can have our boat right outside where we can see it at all times. We like the hardwood floors, solid surface countertops, large rooms, etc, And, we have enjoyed decorating in the nautical theme and have even had some items custom made especially for Lakeshore condo. AND THOSE VIEWS!!!! But I must say that the management and staff are what really sold us on the condo. The Willows is so well managed, and always clean and friendly. We knew that we could be a part of this wonderful team!! We hope that you enjoy your time at the Lakeshore condo as much as we do.
