  My husband and I rented this condo for a month during the ski season this year. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a very comfortable condo, very well equipped and nicely furnished. The favorite part of our stay was enjoying the great views from the living room and the master bedroom. It was a delightful place to return to each day after skiing.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Great condo - well maintained - nice rooms - great facilities. And most importantly, the owner is a great communicator and made the whole transaction easy and fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

  My family enjoyed this condo for Labor Day weekend. It is a short walk to pool/tennis courts in the Elkhorn Village and just a short drive to town. Paths lead to everything as well. The condo was clean and included everything the family needed. The owner was very accommodating and helpful in the process - Great Stay!

  The condo is in an excellent location, close to pool, tennis and golf facilities and just a very short drive from the Sun Valley Lodge. The condo was in excellent and clean condition with up to date appliances and electronics.

  We recently returned from another incredible stay in the Sun Valley area. Our stay in this condo helped make it all the more perfect. the location was great...quiet, clean, comfortable furnishings and easily accessible to all activities. hope this place is available on our next trip.

  Our family of four recently stayed at Ridge (Elkhorn Village). The location was excellent and the condo was very clean and comfortable. THe split level was good and the balconies were excellent for dinner and breakfast. The bus stop is very close and so is the swimming pool and tennis court. Ron was very easy to deal with and very helpful. I would recommend this to others.

  The condo was very clean and had all we needed. The beds were very good and the rooms well decorated. The flat screen TV's was nice as well. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the back. The ground were well landscaped as well and it was a short drive from Sun Valley, The owner was easy to work with and made sure we had all we needed. I would stay at this condo again.

  My family and I came to Ketchum to do the Sawtooth Relay and stayed at Ron's place. Not only was it more economical than staying in a hotel, but the accommodations were excellent. The place was very clean and comfortable. Next time we'll stay a couple of extra nights to enjoy all of the surrounding trails. Thanks, Brandon

Cancellation policy:

It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows: • Lessee agrees that there will be no more than 6 occupants in the premises during the rental period. • Lessee shall not violate any city ordinance or state law in or about the premises. • Lessee shall not sub-let the demised premises, or any part thereof, or assign this agreement without the written consent of the Lessor. • Lessee shall be financially responsible for any damage that is caused by them or their guests to the premises or its contents. • Lessee, in case of fire or theft, shall give immediate notice thereof to the Lessor. • Lessee must not make any alterations or improvements to said premises. • Lessee agrees that there are no pets permitted on the premises during the rental period. • Lessee agrees that this condo is a non-smoking condo, and agrees not to smoke anywhere inside the premises. • Lessee agrees to return the key to the condo within 7 days of departure to the lessor by mail. If key is lost and not returned, it will result in a $75 charge to have the locks re-keyed. If guest is locked out of condo and someone must be called to open the door, a $25 fee will be incurred. • If legal action takes place or must be instituted by Lessor, the losing party agrees to pay all costs, expenses and to pay all attorneys’ fees, as the court may affix to the prevailing party. Once the lessor receives the final rental check, the rental is confirmed and considered non-refundable. If an emergency comes up, and the lessee is not able to use the condo during these dates, the rental fee can be applied to a rental within 12 months, based on availability. The lessor agrees to provide utilities to the premises and maintain insurance on the contents at his sole expense. A cleaning/damage deposit is required when reservation agreement is signed and returned to lessor. This deposit will be refunded if premises are left in clean condition with no damage to the condo. If cleaning expenses or repair expense must be incurred by Lessor to restore the premises to the condition they were in at the time of Lessee's occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration will be deducted from the cleaning/damage deposit and the balance, if any, will be refunded to Lessee.
