Arrowhead Court at the Kingston Plantation will mesmerize you from the minute you drive through the front gate. Our condominium is located on the 2nd floor of the Arrowhead Lodge and, because of its location, is more private than most. Our two bedroom, two bathroom condo overlooks a spacious freshwater lake. Recently renovated, all rooms freshly painted, - new flat screen TV's and BluRay/DVD and CD players provided for your entertainment. New carpeting, tile, paint and granite countertops in the kitchen. All new luxurious linens and towels. New leather love seat in the living room compliments the queen sized sofa. Our screened in porch provides for additional relaxation and is adjacent to the master bedroom as well as the living room. Within the Plantation's 145 acres, there is one-half mile of white sandy beaches, a leisurely 5 minute walk from our condo. This is our second home and as such we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Just this year we are offering all guests THE SOUTH CAROLINA PARK PASSPORT PLUS. The vehicle tag (card) will entitle free admission to every South Carolina State Park. The SC Park Passport Plus card itself gives you free admission [maximum 4 people] to historic home tours at Redcliffe, Rose Hill and Hampton Plantations AND the Hunting Island Lighthouse AND the Atalaya Castle at Huntington Beach, just to name a few of the offerings.

We had a great stay at R place at the Kingston during Spring Break. The condo was better than expected. We had plenty of room for our family of four. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The resort complex is also beautiful and an enjoyable walk to the beach. The owners treated us like old friends and everything went smoothly. This condo was very comfortable and quiet for our spring holiday. Rosi and Bob have made it so suitable for us, with good furniture, really comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, just about all the comforts of home. They are conscientious on the business side, and personally care about their tenants. We look forward to another March Holiday (a little warmer, I am sure) in 2014. Your place was perfect, close too the water and the beach. The ice cream shop was a treat for the kids! And for me as well!!! Granddaughter had first place in her age group!! Grandson and I fished off the pier. He caught a shark that will be memorable for him.We all had a great time! The AC man was on time and fixed the AC. We all loved your place!! The condo was very nice and clean. Close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at your condo. We would recomend this place to people. plenty of things to do including all the pools, not far from other attractions such as outlet malls, putt-putt, and bowling.Owner response: We enjoyed having another family from Ohio as our guests at R Place at the Kingston Plantation. 5 Stars Great Place to Stay and Have Fun at the Beach We stayed here for a week and had a great time at the beach and exploring Myrtle Beach. It was our first trip to the area and this was a great location to have for our home base. Our stay at the Condo could not have been better for our family of five (3 teens). We were hoping to find a special place for our family and it exceeded our expectations. The layout and spaciousness as well as the cleanliness made us feel very relaxed and at home. We were so thankful we chose to be here, a 5 minutes walk to the beach, rather than in a highrise, because it was very peaceful yet at a convenient distance to the ocean. The owners took great care of us leading up to our stay and were available to us when we had a question about accessing the WIFI. There were plenty of restaurants and activities for the family within a 10 minute's ride from the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have the most relaxing, wonderful stay at Myrtle beach. The owners truly want your stay to be all you dreamed it could be. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosi and Bob's condo in Kingston Plantation. I have rented several different places from owners but noone has been so attentive as they were. We had lots of documentation about the place, the area, the logistics of getting into the condo, etc. The condo is just beautiful. It is very well decorated and equipped. It is also very quiet. Despite the fact that there were thousands of motorcyclists visiting the area, we would have never known it if we had not left the condo. The bedrooms are separated by the living area and this provides privacy. We loved the notebook with info about the area. We went to Goodfellas Seafood Restaurant and loved it! We tried to go back on Sunday but had not noticed that it was closed. I honestly can't think of a thing that I would change about the condo or our weekend. Thank you, Rosi and Bob, for a lovely place.Owner response: We are sooooo glad you guys and gals enjoyed your time away from home. My husband and I just recently returned from spending two glorious weeks at Rosi and Bob's lovely condo. The condo is situated in a beautiful gated community. It is just a stroll away from the beach where we would walk for hours during the morning and evening. We found the condo to be very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Two big bedrooms and full baths made it perfect for sharing with friends, who joined us for a week. Just 15 minutes from the airport we found that it was centrally located. We were disappointed only by the fact that we hadn't planned to stay for a month. Without hesitation, I would recommend this place to friends and family who are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach.Owner response: Barry and Linda were wonderful guests @ R Place at the Kingston Plantation. This condo was great! We vacationed with another couple and we had plenty of space to be comfortable. It was really nice to come back to such a homey place instead of a hotel room after a day at the beach. Everything provided was wonderful and we had a lovely vacation while still feeling at home. The condo was exactly as described and the owners were wonderful to work with. They provided lots of information and had great reccommendations for activities and restaurants. This condo was exactly as described. The condo was impeccably maintained, clean and the location made the stay wonderful. The customer service was great. Every thing worked just as described. We would recommend this property to anyone going to Myrtle Beach. The condo is close to many attractions and restaurants. The Beach was only a short 5 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent again.Owner response: We really enjoyed all of our communications with Jim and his family. About the owner: We purchased R Place at the Kingston in 2011. We both retired the year previously and had always dreamed of owning a home in the Myrtle Beach area. Bob retired after working with the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation and Nationwide Insurance Company for more than 30+ years. I retired after working at Nationwide Children's Hospital for more than 18 years and the medical field for more than 30+ years. We now have time to enjoy our grown family - two sons, beloved daughters in law and 4 grandchildren. We have always loved the Carolinas and especially the golf courses and ocean. And the seafood doesn't hurt either.
Why the Owner Chose Arrowhead Court:
We had vacationed at the Kingston Plantation several times over the years when we were raising our sons and especially enjoyed this part of the Grand Strand.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When we saw this condo, we immediately fell in love with it. It is close to the pools, the ocean and anything we want to do. We also love the fact that it is located in a somewhat secluded area of the resort. Love the enclosed screened porch.
