Awesome nine acres of lake front vacation property on beautiful "Gypsy Bay" with very private sandy beach, large dock, rowboat, and large, eco-friendly clean, tastefully furnished house ten miles to downtown Sandpoint shops and restaurants.
This nature lovers dream boasts five ponds on a large park-like waterfront setting that is great for children, fishing, swimming, and other water sports. The bay is quite wide, so you can safely waterski, float on rubber rafts, or use the row boat with little worry of being run over by other boats. There are only 4 other docks on Gypsy Bay, but you rarely see anyone using them.
The property faces west, so you have beautiful sunshine on the beach and decks of the house until sunset. Soak in the hot tub, watching the sunset over the lake and mountains, or cook smokies and marshmallows on the fire pit overlooking the bay.
Great for 2 couples alone, or with children, because it has a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom and both have terrific views.
Enjoy incredible views, winter skiing, and summer festivals at Schweitzer Mountain ski area neighboring Sandpoint. Power walk right out your door or hike at two nearby state parks. Bike or drive on the scenic circle lake route.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the house, please.
