My home is located within the only gated estate community, we are 1 of 5 estates behind a private gate, an alarm system, and local security on call, thus making it a perfect get away for any “high profile” renter.
This majestic location is located on 4 acres that backs up to the National Forest Service, my personal trout pound with waterfall at the backdoor, can only be topped by, the 75 elk that live steps away as well as the many visitors of moose, fox, bears and the sounds of coyotes in the distance, you will have a wilderness experience with style and luxury at your backdoor. This is a true mountain retreat in every way. Sledding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and skate skiing are encouraged in the community. We are located steps away from the 26 mile bike path that allows access, to the rivers edge, 16 miles North of Ketchum as well as 12 miles south to the little town of Bellevue. During the winter skate skiers, cross-country skiers, dog walkers and explores are encouraged to share this experience. During the summers the path has traffic of bikers, fly fishing enthusiasts, roller-bladders and in line skater with a family environment.
Fine dining is just minutes away in the many elegant restraints. Live theater, pop and classical musical events are present year around. The live entertainment at multiple local bars, lounges and restaurants is comparable to city living. I live full time on the property and would be happy to arrange activities, reservations, private chefs, nannies, car rentals, massages, house keeping, holiday decorations and anything else needed during your stay. I have created a local suggestion and welcome book as well as, filled the entry closet with puzzles, games, snowshoes, sleds and extra winter needs. You are also welcome to all condiments, stock in pantry, cleaners, DVDs, wifi, computer, and novels.

The vast floor plan downstairs opens from the gourmet kitchen, wet bar, and study into the entertaining areas with living and dining rooms, allowing continuous social access for all. With the gracious interior you can relax in front of a large stone fireplace in the spacious and comfortable living room, while accessing the casual or formal dining areas. This open floor plan allows everyone to interact, while enjoying his or her own interests with casual entertainment. The master suite is on the main floor and has a king size bed, walk-in closet, large soaking bathtub, steam shower as well as the double shower, double sink vanity and double restrooms. My husband and I had an extremely fabulous time in this home. It was spacious, sunshine in every room as well as large picture views. It was relaxing, quaint, and spacious. I would highly recommed this beautiful place to anyone. You will not regret the stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We are secluded, privacy being a major interest. Wilderness in my backyard is incomparable to any wild life in Idaho. The mountain views from the bath, yard and kitchen are elite. Seclusion and security with fine dining 10 minutes away is a winter wonderland with in itself.
