From luxurious towels to lounge chairs by the pool, everything is brand new in this 4000 ft2 4 bedroom, 3 bath Spanish style home. When you walk through the door you will notice immediately that great care has been taken to create a getaway that is comfortable, relaxing, luxurious, and worry-free.
Built in 2006, the home offers beautiful architecture, updated color, spacious living, and an inviting atmosphere. There are three separate sitting areas, including a large loft, a family room with a cozy fireplace, and a great room with 20 foot ceilings. The kitchen has everything from gadgets to a griddle, from measuring spoons to a mixer. The master bedroom is over 400 ft2 and has a king sized bed, a sitting area, an extra twin bed, and a private balcony with beautiful views of the White Tank Mountains. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds.
We have turned the fifth bedroom into a game room for the kids with a futon (that can sleep two if needed), bean bag chairs, an HD TV, a Wii with a variety of games, and a DVD player. The house has wi-fi, DirecTV, another HD TV, a Blue Ray disc player, and a large selection of DVD's.
Perhaps the best part of this magnificent house is right through the back door. There you will find your own private oasis with a heated pool (not heated usually around February due to the cold) and a variety of outdoor furniture and sitting areas. There are inflatable lounge chairs and other pool toys for your use. A built-in outdoor grill, misters on the patio, a 10 foot umbrella, a hammock swing, and an abundance of trees create a resort like feel. The area is softly lit at night to encourage quiet conversation under the beautiful Arizona sky. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale with walking paths and a park just steps away.
Whether you are a sports participant or sports spectator you will find many things to fill your vacation hours. Hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and picnicing are 10 minutes away in the White Tank Mountains. Lake Pleasant, 45 minutes away, offers boating, fishing, jet skiing, hiking and biking in a beautiful desert mountain setting. The Surprise Tennis Complex offers 25 courts for year round play. The Surprise Recreation and Aquatic Center and the Wildlife World Zoo provide hours of family fun right in Surprise; Wet N'Wild Waterpark (a half hour away) also offers something the kids will love. There is no shortage of golf courses here! Within 10 miles there are over 10 golf courses to choose from. Five miles away is Surprise Stadium which hosts baseball spring training for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers; nine miles away Goodyear Stadium hosts the Mariners and the Padres. The Diamondbacks, Cardinals, Suns, Coyotes all play within 30 minutes of our home. Shopping, spas, salons, movies theatres, and a wide selection of restaurants are minutes away.

A beautiful place to stay! The listing and pictures were right on with what we saw from the moment we opened the door. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The house was perfect for our family of 9, and provided room for us to spread out and not be in each others way. It is located in a beautiful community and close to shopping areas. My family had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful property. We had everything we could possibly wish for. The home was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away from it all. It was lovely neighborhood and everyone was friendly. Booking through VRBO was so easy and straight forward and Judy, the owner, was extremely helpful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

I rated our stay 4 stars b/c Judy had a little trouble getting the pool guy to come clean the pool for us. Other than that it would be 5 stars. We really enjoyed the home & everything that Judy provides is great. The only thing we needed was our clothes & food. Judy is very nice & understanding, you don't find many people like that anymore. The house was beautiful & very roomy. There were 4 of us staying here & there was enough room for atleast 7 more. Lovely home. I recommend this home to everyone staying in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet, you never heard anyone. Our stay at the Surprise Villa was outstanding! The home is truly beautiful and very well maintained. The swimming pool was a blessing – I couldn’t keep our kids out of it; they were in the pool from sunrise to sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and cooking essentials. We also enjoyed the outside barbeque – my husband was quite the chief on it. The house is HUGE we had plenty of room for all 9 of us and we loved that we all had an ample amount of room. We would definitely love to stay here again. The home is at a nice location close to parks, shopping and dining out. We drove to the Grand Canyon which took about 4 hours, but we stopped several time because of children. This home defiantly receives 5 starts from us!!!!! :)Did you find this review helpful? We stayed at this home in April and found it to be a great location and a wonderful home. The home was VERY clean, had wonderful bedding, lots of towels and was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was obvious that the owner cares about the expereince of the renters. The pool was a very nice plus and we enjoyed it everyday. The community is close to everything. The home is VERY large and the gaming system was a great bonus in it's own room for our kids while we could enjoy watching our movie in the family room. There is no lack of space in this home and we loved staying here. The home is just a few houses down from a park and has a great running trail all through the community which we enjoyed. We would recommend this rental to anyone. We always rent from VRBO and I would say that this home is the cleanest home we have stayed in. The extras that are supplied by the owner like garbage liners, paper towels, shampoo, laundry soap puts this home at the top of my list for great rentals!Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.
