  Our family has stayed here twice and really enjoyed it. Peak 9 village and Main Street is just a short stroll down a really pretty little stream with a couple bridges. We plan on returning whenever we're in Breckenridge.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  We rented this unit during Christmas 2012. It is well stocked and a great location to walk to peak 9 base. Easy parking with plenty of room in the townhome. We brought our dogs and the trails around the townhome were awesome for walking. There is a big beaver in the river right in front of the unit.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We enjoyed our week in this townhome. Having the garage was nice as it snowed most days/nights we were there. We did not try the ski/in - ski/out idea, opting instead to leave our skis in the car and drive the short distance to the gondola base. This might better be called a walk in/ walk out to the slope. The fireplace was very nice, and the beds were comfy. Great views, clean, and Smitty was very helpful in answering our questions.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

  As a seasoned traveler to the Colorado slopes, I very much enjoyed my stay here. The condo is private and the best part is the quick access to the slopes. It's a brief 5 minute walk along a path in the woods and it pops you out right at the base. We also walked into downtown from the unit...probably a 15 min walk. Would stay here again.

  The place was great! Close to the slopes be it skiing or mtn biking. Its a close walk to downtown and the great food that is there. Very cozy home and loved the jacuzzi tub. Thanks, Cris

  We stayed here for a week in the fall and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect -- there's a trail right out the back door when you want to hike and it's an easy walk into town for dinner, yet far enough away from Main St. to be nice and quiet. The townhome is well stocked with pretty much anything you'd need, and very clean. The fact that we could bring our dog was a big bonus. Would definitely stay there again!

  This condo is ideally located for ski vacations! As advertised it really is just a short walk from Peak 9, easily ski in and out. The view from the deck of the river is beautiful and the location is both quiet and convenient to the village. Lots of room inside with most everything you need to cook for yourself if you want. The condo was very clean and well maintained with comfortable furnishings. Having the garage is great too. The owner is very friendly and helpful and being able to bring the dog is great. I would certainly recommend this condo as a great place for your visit to Breckenridge.

  This town home has everything! It's close to the slope, I counted it, it's 300 footsteps to the main slope on the bottom of peak 9. I loved the attached heated garage. Balcony, fireplace, jacuzzi, what more could you want? The place is super well equipped, no matter what we needed we found it in the condo. Even dining out recommendations/reviews in the dining guide. DVD collection, HDTV, excellent stereo system and wifi. I was in heaven. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived, just like a high end hotel. They even left some food in the kitchen which was great because we arrived late, all the stores were closed and we were hungry. Looking forward to reserving for next season.

  My husband and I would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful townhome if you are planning a trip to Breck!!!! This condo is in the perfect location!!!! We love to ski and could not believe how close we were to the slopes and to the village. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean which was important to us, and had every amenity under the sun. The view off of the condo's balcony was truly breathtaking!! The condo owner was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the condo. We feel we were given a really great rate and hope to return next year.
