We had a wonderful short get away. The unit is just beautiful. Especially the huge living room with 10 gigantic windows giving a beautiful panoramic view of the property. We would definitely come again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Why the Owner Chose Waterville Valley:
Prior to buying our unit, we rented in the area of Waterville and found that although we had other options available for skiing, our family always favored Waterville over the other local resorts. Originally purchasing the unit for a ski home, it has now become our summer home providing an incredible place to spend time outdoors enjoying various activities from tennis, hiking, skiing, biking and absolutely love the people who visit and live in the Waterville community.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
If you are coming for skiing and have children, our unit is conveniently located right next to ski room leading out to shuttle. So with little ones, walk out unit, grab equipment and hop onto shuttle which drops you right at the base of the mountain. All other activities such as hockey tournaments, triathalons or special events are within walking distance from our building so once you park the car, you will not have to get in it again until it's time for you to leave the valley.
