  We stayed at Sea Mist to play golf in the Bandon area. The house is comfortable and very well equipped - details such as beach chairs, gas bbq and crab nets were very much appreciated. It is a great spot to come back to after a hard day on the golf course and relax in the evening sun - it is possible to see the sunset over the ocean through the trees. We were very lucky with some fabulous weather, but if the weather is not so kind, there is plenty to keep you occupied at the house, including a ping pong table, tvs in every room and a large selection of DVDs. Bandon and the surrounding area has a lot to offer for all ages. I would highly recommend choosing Sea Mist as a vacation rental.

  Just loved the house..great location and beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the ping pong a lot since the weather wasn't so great...and we put the TVs to use and just enjoyed lounging around... and doing some putting on the little backyard green in between rain showers (in fact, we are at home now planning to put a putting green in for ourselves!). We have stayed at several locations in the neighborhood, but this house is on our MUST come back list!! We will see you again in the future. Thanks again! =)

  We really enjoyed our family trip and stay. We had a huge wind (gusts over 80MPH) and rain storm on Monday. Even tried to play golf in it. This a very nice house for a family or couples trip. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table for indoor entertainment. More than enough TV's to go around. Does lack a view. All in all a good rental.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Excellent house with all amenities and an excellent location right across the street from the Pacific Ocean. Owner was very easy to deal with and the whole process of renting was very easy. I would strongly recommend to a golfing group of 4 and our 4 different couples.

  It was a wonderful stay! The house was great for our family! The putting green and ping pong table were a hit, the house was meticulous, there were TVs everywhere (pleasing my plugged in children). Lots of movies, great location, and the house was well stocked. THANKS!

  This home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay!!! The Beach is right across the street to explore the caves at low tide. You can sleep 10 people very comfortably. The beds are amazing, very thick pillow tops on all the mattresses. It made for a perfect nights sleep listening to the waves crash down, couldn't of asked for anything more. The best feature besides the beds had to be the jetted tub and the ping pong table, we got a lot of use out of those. Thanks for the great trip we will be back.

  All I can say is that this was an amazing house!! The owners went above and beyond to make this house ready for vactioning, and seemed to think of all avenues that people staying there might want to take advantage of!! It was immaculate when we checked in and there was plenty of room for all of us. The putting green and ping pong table were great for the whole family. As the whole family is tall we really appreciated the tall ceilings and showers, as well as the nice deep tub. We loved that it was so close to the beach and that the kids were able to take advantage of that and walk down there after dinner. It was really refreshing for us to be able to open up all the windows and let in the cool ocean breeze all day. Thank you Terry and family for allowing us to rent your home and enjoy our vacation in style!

  This is a lovely new house, well-depicted in the photos. We were delighted with the four bedrooms (five very comfortable beds); didn't need to use the loft area, but it would be well-suited for the sleeping bag set. There are lots of TVs and electrical outlets to keep all the young adults happy at night, after spending fun-filled days exploring the beaches and tidepools, golfing, biking (two bikes at the house!), visiting the Game Park and dawdling around Old Town. The backyard putting green was the scene of some "friendly" competition, with a picnic table nearby for the gallery. The open kitchen is part of a natural gathering area and is quite well-equipped ~ even an espresso machine; all we missed was a pizza cutter and a tea kettle. There is an easy walk to the beach, with paths just down the street in either direction. You can only glimpse the ocean (because of the trees) from the master balcony, but you can always hear it, which we love. We found the owner to be very accessible and accommodating, despite our barrage of questions during the initial decision process. This is the fifth house we have rented at the beach, and is definitely a favorite of us all.

  My family and I had an excellent experience using this beach rental. Many of us played with the putting green in the back yard, as time permitted, with the putters and balls provided. I would say that a person would be hard-pressed to find a more complete set-up when it comes to the amenities as they were plentiful and complete. The house itself was comfortable and roomy. We especially appreciated the numerous flat screened TV's that were throughout the house as there wasn't any problem over what to watch evenings. I particularly appreciated the fact that the house was furnished with comfortable, yet durable furniture, as we had 6 children with us.The beach was very accessible and expansive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the unit to friends and family.

  The house was nice. The bed were horrible, and the house I think was a little bit misrepresented. It led me to believe that it was on the beach and it's not. This house was built for a tall person. The tv in the living room is too high and you can't see out of the kitchen window, also, the we could not get the fireplace to work. So other than those things, it was nice.

  Owner response: I will need to contact sealy posterpedic. The beds and sheets are brand new, so I'm not sure what I could do in that respect. I do understand that people have different opinions in beds and I'm sorry our beds did not work for you. The tv's are high to stay out of reach of young children. Bad reviews are direct hit to our business, but the insinuation that we misrepresented our property is way out of line. I could not be clearer on the location and fill as the you should rethink your review. Terry
