This house was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Plus it was huge! We had an amazing time. The backyard with the pool and Jacuzzi was wonderful. Our kids were in there from morning to night. They had a blast! The location was incredible with the lake being so close. The views were spectacular. The owner, James and the manager, Steve were both very nice and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives, and we would love to stay here again ourselves. It just doesn't get better than this. Thank you again James and Steve for being so kind, professional and courteous (owner and manager).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful, gorgeous, spacious and clean home. Was everything you see in the pictures and more! Centrally located in the middle of the Palm Springs and Indio, makes it very convenient for wherever you're going in the desert area. Corner lot provides a very private experience. The heated pool and spa is amazing and the BBQ just completes the amazing backyard for entertaining. Kitchen is great for doing any cooking needs. Everything is there. The manager was very helpful with everything we could ask for, and is very responsive. I would definitely rent this house again! Amazing experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

We just returned from our stay at this home in Rancho Mirage, and it was truly lovely. The home is very clean and well-kept, and the owner is extremely responsive. The kitchen was very well-stocked - it had everything we needed to cook meals for a large family, and it had ample plates and glasses for many. There are plenty of towels for everyone for showers and swimming. The home itself is in a quiet, gated community that is extremely close to everything. I would strongly recommend this home for anyone looking for a wonderful vacation in Rancho Mirage.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

To anyone who is wanting a nice secluded private and peaceful stay yet 10 minutes from everything the desert fun has to offer, look no further- I spent 2+ weeks and did NOT want to leave :) The pictures do not do this beautiful property or the gated community justice. The beds are great- NEW. The furnishings are comfy casual- and I should highlight COMFY!! the Kitchen with the island and all the details from coffee maker to blender were everything needed. I have to say looking back, my favorite memory was late at night floating in the pool on my back and watching the stars! AMAZING!!! The owner bent over backwards and was so responsive and helpful getting me adjusted to the ins and outs of the electronics throughout the house, how to do the new BBQ, light the fire pit, work the pool system. I cannot say enough about this is how it feels to be pampered and how to take care of guests- he made me feel like family :) He was available on the phone and by text! It doesn't get better than that! Thank you for making my Desert Christmas so perfect. Please come stay here you will LOVE it:) You KNOW I will be back!! This house was awesome. Had everything we needed. The house was nice and open and the 2 living rooms were awesome. Looking forward to another family vacation here again. The owners were super nice and answered all question's that I had. Would rent any house from them again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed here for a week with family and two small children. The house is big and very well decorated. Flat screens in every room, speakers outside by the pool. We really enjoyed biking around the neighborhood in the morning, then coming back and jumping in the pool. We roasted s'smores by the fire pit at night and the kids played ball in the grassy area too. Two living room areas with big TV's in each nice for entertaining the kids and still having an adult area. The owner went out of his way to give us a ton of information! A really great vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

JAMES NELLO IS THE BEST!! before even getting to the house, the entire process was incredible. he gave us such a great price and was so helpful with all the gate codes and wifi passwords. information on the area was spot on as well. he totally hooked it up with this amazing house in rancho mirage. we couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. everything was exactly as described, but better! this was such a perfect house because it's a corner lot and tucked behind outlining trees. the firepit is amazing after a quick dip in the pool and jacuzzi. we bbq'd on the gas grill and lounged around the completely a/c'd house. thank you so much, james! we honestly couldn't have asked for a better vacation. we will definitly be renting from you again!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you for having such a great kitchen and entertainment home. It made gramma's birthday the best. You had everything we needed to cook a great meal and space for the whole family!
