  My wife and I stayed for one week in mid-april 2013 in Seagrape condo. Great view over Cruz Bay, comfortable condo, lovely decorated an very well equipped, clean, calm and peaceful spot, 5-10 min easy walking distance to the places to be in the heart of Cruz Bay. We enjoyed our stay from the first moment and there is no reason to rent a car. Some nights music from the downtown bars. Nevertheless highly recommendable. My dream is being back some day in the future.

  Very lovely condo. Clean and decorated nicely. Owners are such a delight and very helpful! No problems at all, we were given so much useful information. Was such a breathtaking view overlooking the water and island. Pool and property grounds were clean and maintained well, friendly staff. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for a wonderful experience in St. John. Will stay again here when we go back.

  Wow! What a great place to stay! The condo is at least as beautiful as the pictures on the VRBO site. St. John's is awesome, so how do you beat that? It's a condo that makes staying at "home" on the patio with trade winds and awesome view of Cruz Bay often better than leaving to explore St. John's. Down side? None. We'll have to come back and do the things we didn't get around to. How perfect is that?

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Very clean, quiet, and comfortable unit with an easy 5-10 minute walk to town. Great view overlooking Cruz Bay. Would definitely consider another stay at Sea Grape!

  My husband, two year old daughter and I stayed here for a week in May. The condo was exactly as described/pictured, very clean and comfortable. The pool was right downstairs which was very nice in the mornings when we didn't feel like heading to the beach. The location was great and it was easy to get downtown to eat and shop if you are ok walking up and down a hill. The condo was very quiet and had really great views from the balcony. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this condo!

  We have stayed at Sea Grape for a number of years now and always look forward to coming back. Mike and Cil are so helpful in recommending things to do and great places to dine. Sea Grape is very clean, beautifully decorated and offers all the amenities of home and the view is incredible. Numerous shops and great restaurants are just a short walk away. Sea Grape is truly a perfect place to stay!!

  Our family of five just returned from 8 nights at Sea Grape. We found the condo clean and well appointed. Sea Grape is close to town but not too close. This was our third stay at this condo complex. There are only 8 or 9 units...so it is not too big. This location is an easy walk to town for dinner, the dive shop, shopping, etc. We continue to come back as this trip/condo are hard to beat! The owners and rental management company are very helpful and attentive. We are already dreaming of our next visit. The new laundry facilities were an additional bonus.

  We have been to several Caribbean islands. St. John is our absolute favorite. We have visited the island for twenty years and for the last seven years we have stayed at Sea Grape. Perched high above Cruz Bay with panoramic views of the town, the port and the sailboats, the turquoise waters and the occasional rainbow, Sea Grape offers one of the best locations in the island. Sitting at the veranda, with the soft, cool breezes going by, we feel our cares cease to exist. In practical terms, you will find everything you need just a few walking minutes away - markets, restaurants, boutiques, boat and car rentals, the ferryboats and the taxi stand. The interior of the condo feels like an elegant, comfortable nest to relax and enjoy the stay. Networking about restaurant openings or closings, what is tantalizing or disappointing, favorite beaches and watering holes is Cil's and Mike's specialty. They share their knowledge as they graciously share Sea Grape. We will not stay in any other place as long as Cil and Mike let us enjoy their spot in paradise. SEA GRAPE IS THE PLACE!!!

  Our family just returned from a wonderful (and way too brief) stay on St. John, and we were lucky to stay at Sea Grape. This is a quiet, beautifully decorated and well equipped condo perched above Cruz Bay. It's in a small group of condos with a lovely private pool to start your day. We had no problem walking to town for reataurants and groceries. Several superb beaches are a quick hike away. There's no reason to rent a car. Highly recommended!
