You can rent this luxurious first floor waterfront three bedroom three bath Non-smoking condo located in Fort Myers Florida. This lovely unit is located in Harbour Isle Yacht & Racquet Club, near Sanibel, Captive and Fort Myers Beaches.

This is a 1500 square foot fully furnished unit that has a sunken living/family room, two lanais, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with bath and two spare bedrooms with private baths. The view from the lanais is gorgeous.

The community swimming pool with hot tub, is located right outside your front door. This is a private gated community that is perfect if you are looking for a great/quiet getaway for the family.

You are assigned the use of boat slip #25 (35 feet from your lanai) that can accommodate up to a 28 foot boat. This is a fresh water slip.

To access the Caloosahatche River, then the Gulf, (15 minutes? to the ocean), you must take your boat to the lift and be lifted over the seawall. (Only 2 times a day, free of charge).

  • Was a wonderful place to stay. Location is perfect and the website is one of the best ones I have looked at. Owner is extremely helpful and thoughtful to renters needs.The condo is more like a house and is just beautiful, alot of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub are truly like the pictures on the website. Would defiinitely go again. If you like to fish, try Tarpon Bay on Sanibel.
